Today extra
increment case came before the division bench. Our lawyer effectively argued
and wanted a final order. DoT lawyer informed that they are awaiting for a clarification from
DoT and our present stand is not final one. So, the case stands adjourned to
24/4/2019.
Later, outside
the court room, DoT lawyer informed our lawyer that they are trying to help you
only.
Most likely
final judgement may come on 24th April.
