LC Pending due to want of Adhar updation. One DLC submitted to Bank instead of submitting to CCA TN. One F/P and one Pensioner will get their Pension by this Friday or by next Friday. The same conveyed to the individual.Two Mapping letters ready Mail id also given already. This will be ready in a day or two. Also submitted a letter to AO Pension to settle the issue of less pension Received than the normal Pension due to Post Office Miration during September 2023 to SAMPANN for 14 Pensioners of STR and STP from AP Circle. லேண்ட்லைனுக்கான லைஃப் சர்டிஃபிகேட்டை அனைவரும் இந்த மாதம் கொடுக்கவேண்டும். கீழ்கண்ட லைஃப் சர்டிபிகேட் ஃபாரத்தை பூர்த்தி செய்து அருகிலுள்ள சென்னை தொலைபேசி கஸ்டமர் கேர் அலுவலகத்தில் கொடுத்தால் போதும். பெற்றுக் கொள்கிறார்கள். ஆகையால் லேண்ட்லைன் தொலைபேசி வைத்திருப்பவர்கள் இந்த மாதம் மறக்காமல் லைஃப் சர்டிஃபிகேட்டை கொடுக்குமாறு கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறோம்.

வங்கி / அஞ்சல் அலுவலகம் மூலம் ஓய்வூதியம் பெற்று வந்த
நமது ஓய்வூதியர்களின் ஓய்வூதியப் பணிகள் 99.90 சதவீதம் சம்பான் சிஸ்டத்திற்கு மாற்றப்பட்டு விட்டது. இன்னமும் வங்கி மூலம் ஓய்வூதியம் பெறுபவர்கள் ஒரு சிலரின் பணிகள் மட்டும் மாற்றப்படவில்லை.
2022 ஜுன் மாதம் முதல் வங்கி மூலம் ஓய்வூதியம் பெற்றவர்கள் சம்பானுக்கு மாற்றப்பட்டு வந்தனர். சுமார் 3500 ஓய்வூதியர்கள் தவிர மற்றவர்கள் ஏப்ரல் 2023க்குள் சம்ப்பானுக்கு மாற்றப்பட்டு விட்டனர்.
அதன் பிறகு அஞ்சல் துறை மூலம் ஓய்வூதியம் பெற்றவர்களை சம்ப்பானுக்கு மாற்றும் பணி தொடங்கி செப்டம்பர் 2023 நிறைவு பெற்றது.
அக்டோபர் 2023ல் விடுபட்ட வங்கி மூலம் ஓய்வூதியம் பெறுபவர்கள் 2360 ஓய்வூதியர்கள் சம்பானுக்கு மாற்றப்பட்டார்கள். இன்னும் ஒரு சிலரே மாற்றப்பட வேண்டும். அந்தப் பணி நவம்பர் மாதம் நடைபெறும் என்று CCA அலுவலகத்தினர் தெரிவித்து உள்ளார்கள்.
சம்ப்பானுக்கு மாற்றப்பட்டவர்களுக்கு புதிய PPO எண் வழங்கப்பட்டு SMS மூலம் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அப்படி மாற்றப்பட்டவர்களின் வாழ்நாள் சான்றிதழ் எந்த மாதத்தில் காலாவதி ஆகிறது என்ற தகவலும் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அதற்கு அடுத்த மாதம் 20ஆம் தேதிக்குள் வாழ்நாள் சான்றிதழை வழங்கிட வேண்டும். மாதாமாதம் வாழ்நாள் சான்றிதழ் காலாவதி ஆகிறவர்களின் பட்டியலை CCA அலுவலகம் வெளியிடுகிறது. இதுகுறித்து CCA அலுவலகத்தில் இருந்து தனிப்பட்ட முறையிலும் தகவல் தெரிவித்து வருகிறார்கள்.
சம்பானில் மொபைல் எண் இணைக்கப்படாதவர்களுக்கு SMS மூலம் தகவல் தெரிவிக்கப்படவில்லை. ஆகவே, குழப்பம் ஏற்படுகிறது.
மேலும் இதுவரை சம்பானில் இணைக்கப்படாதவர்கள் வங்கியில் இம்மாதம் வாழ்நாள் சான்றிதழ் தரவேண்டியது இல்லை என்று CCA நிர்வாகம் தெரிவித்துள்ளது.
SMS மூலம் புதிய PPO எண் பெறாதவர்கள், தாங்கள் ஓய்வூதியம் பெறும் வங்கிக் கிளை அல்லது அஞ்சல் அலுவலகம் சென்று அவருடைய Passbookக்கில் latest entryயை பதிவு செய்து பார்க்கவும். அக்டோபர் மாத பென்ஷன் NFFT மூலம் பதிவாகி இருந்தால் அவர்கள் சம்ப்பானுக்கு மாற்றப்பட்டு உள்ளார்கள் என்பது உறுதி ஆகும். அவர்கள் நமது மாவட்ட சங்கங்களை அணுகி எப்பொழுது வாழ்நாள் சான்றிதழ் தர வேண்டும் என்ற தகவலை CPMS மூலம் உறுதி செய்து குறிப்பிட்ட காலத்தில் வாழ்நாள் சான்றிதழ் தருமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம்.

Good evening. Migration works of Pensioners receiving from CPPC of respective banks commenced from June 2022 (except 3500 cases)completed by April 2023. Subsequently Migration works of Pension paid by GM Postal Accounts was taken up and completed during SEP 2023. During Oct 2360 pensioners were migrated. During Nov left out pensioners are being migrated. Cca office told that pension will be drawn by CCA TN for the month Nov 2023 pension including to those who will be migrated this month. So, no necessity of submission of LC in bank or PO.Migration will be over by 20th Nov and messages will be sent. But some of the Post office pensioners have not received status of migration due to non updation of mobile no. Only way to confirm is making entry in the Passbook. If the credit is as "Pension", pension is paid by bank/po. If pension is paid by CCA OFFICE as SAMPANN, then credit entry will be as "NEFT PAYMENT". Accordingly one can decide whether their pension is migrated.

CS TN MEETING WITH JT.CCA ON 1-11-23
Dear Comrades,
Good evening. Today, the scheduled meeting organised by Smt.Arulmathi Joint CCA PVA could not be held due to her urgent visit to court. However, we met Joint CCA PENSION in her chamber.
1.To solve the issues arisen due to migration like CORRECTION in DOB, AADHAR updation, mobile No.updation has to be sorted in a time bound manner. They arrange 4 grievance counters. Grievances can be settled then and there. We told this will be facilitate to help Chennai residents.They say others can send by mail or through representatives.
2.Today more pensoners are available for LC mela and more crowds in first floor. Requested to make shamiana arrangement.
3.CGHS MAPPING .
Whatever application received upto Middle of October has been cleared.
4. FMA sanction:
Out of 3700 applications, more than 2600 cases sanction has been sanctioned. Howver, there is a delay in arrears payment. Approxmately per month, 500 cases are being sanction. Left out 1000 FMA CASES will be cleared by Dec 2023..
5.ID CARDS:- Out of 5000 ID cards given for printing, 500 cards meant for Chennai received by CCA OFFICE. Remaining 4500 ID cards will be supplied in a day or two. supply of cards at Chennai will be at DLC Mela at Chennai, Coimbatore, Trichy and Madurai.They requested us to help in issue of ID cards to individuals. Names list will be posted in their website.
6.Discussed the difficulties in manual updation of DLC in SAMPANN. Arrangement of software patch for automatic updation in SAMPANN Portal. It was replied that if AADHAR is updated or matched, auto updation will be done. We suggested during 2024, unique month can be identified for LC submission like earlier arrangement, thereby, confusion amongst pensioners mind as well as non drawl of pension can be minimised. LC submission on staggered month can be avoided. Jt. Cca told that this suggestion she will take up with CGCA.
6. Requested for the Revision of Pension as LPD in case of TM, based on our letter. During Oct , DOT asked details of such cases. So, the file is kept pending.
7.Requested about extra inc .cases 78.2 case. Cca is not agreeing to pay with increment as there is an appeal. However, Jtcca agreed that she will get approval to revise pension as 78.2 ,%DA with holding the disputed increment which can be considered as per the outcome of the Court case by Hon.Highcourt.
8.Requested to settle all the pendings issues Coauthorisation cases of com Subramanian, Priyadharsani, Shanthi Elangovan, Sivanuramasamy, Pending FP conversion, Pension anamoly cases etc. Migration case of Mercy etc.
9.Pointed out DOB Mistakes in postal migration.
Discussion was very cordial. Com.Hariharan DS Pondy and com.Sivakumar DIST TREASURER were also present during discussion.

10. It is suggested to make pension payment one or 2 days earlier instead of last working as is being done in VIJAYAWADA and Karnataka as the migration will be over by Nov.2023., Jt CCA agreed for one day before last working day.
