Sundarakrishnan S DGM TN CNI: This is for those executives who got fixation in TBP and vertical promotion, between July 2017 and April 2018

 Dear Comrades, Based on the Audit inspection findings in DOT HQrs, DOT ND issued orders on 05.07.2018 that those executives who got fixation in TBP lateral promotion as well as in Adhoc/regular promotion of the same cadre has to forgo one fixation.This was challenged in Hon CAT Jaipur Court verdict was against the DOT Order. Subsequently DOT ND released order on 07.05.2018 to consider two fixation for retiring employees. It was interpreted that the order was effective only from 05.07.2018 by getting declaration. So, all those who Retd between July 17 and April 2018 could not get the benefit. Our CHQ took up the case with DOT several occasions. During the recent visit during Dec 2022 also they reminded to Director Est and he also agreed.Our thanks to CHQ, Com.DG, com.Gangadharrao,     Com Varaprasad.

 Good Evening Comrades, this Evening went to CCA Office. Met AAO PDA section and requested her to consider the e-mails sent by our members not to recover TDS in the February Pension. Also verified Two  F/P cases .

14-02-2023 மாலை 0310 மணியளவில் நமது பொதுக்குழுக்கூட்டத்தை தலைவர் NK அவர்கள் துவக்கி வைத்தார். அவரே அஞ்சலி உறை நிகழ்த்தினார்.மாவட்ட செயலாளர் தீனதயாளன் வரவேற்ப்புரை நிகழ்த்தினார்.நமது உறுப்பினர்களின் குடும்ப நல நிகழ்வுகள் மற்றும் நமது உறுப்பினர் எண்ணிக்கை1630 என்றும் தெரிவித்தார்  ஜனவரி 17  18 மற்றும் பிப்ரவரி 8 தேதிகளில் நடைபெற்ற போராட்டங்களில் கலந்து கொண்ட அனைவருக்கும் பாராட்டுக்களை தெரிவித்தார். ஜனவரி மாதத்தில் கொடுக்கப்பட்ட வாழ்நாள் சான்றுடன் ஆதார் இணைப்பதில் கால தாமதம் ஏற்ப்பட்டதால் ஜனவரி ஓய்வூதியம்  வழங்குவதிலும் கால தாமதம் நிலவுகிறது. பிப்ரவரி மாதம் இடையில் ஜனவரி மாத பென்ஷன் வழங்க முயற்சி மேற்க் கொண்டுள்ளதாகவும் தெரிவித்தார். மேலும் மாநில செயலாளருடன் சென்று CGM STR ,GM HQ and GM Maintanance அவர்களைசந்தித்த விபரங்களையும் தெரிவித்தார்.

தோழர் ஆறுமுகம் அவர்கள் Civil Wing கிளை துவக்க வேண்டும் என்று கோரினார். மாவட்ட செயற்குழுவில் பேசி முடிவெடுக்கலாமென்று தலைவர் N.K.பதிலளித்தார். மாநிலச் செயலாளர் அவர்கள் 10-02-2023 அன்று அ.இ.தலைவர் தோழர் D. G மற்றும் ஆலோசகர் தோழர் ராமாராவ் ஆகியோருடன் Pr.CCA அவர்களை சந்தித்த விபரங்களை விளக்கிக் கூறினார்.நீண்ட நாள் பிரச்சனைகள் ஒன்று  போன் மெகானிக் தோழர்களின் ஆண்டு உயர்வு குறைப்பு.அடுத்தது Extra Increment Case. நீதி மன்ற தீர்ப்பினை எதிர்த்து மேல் முறையீடு தவிர்த்து நமக்கு சாதகமானதொரு முடிவினை வழங்க வேண்டிக் கேட்டுக் கொண்டதாக  தெரிவித்தார். நமது கவுரவத் தலைவர் சுகுமாரன் அவர்கள் பேசும்பொழுது PR.CCA  அவர்கள் ஓய்வூதியர் பிரச்சினைகளின் மீது  அக்கறை காட்டுவதாகவும் நமது முயற்சிக்கு தீர்வு கிடைக்கும் என்றும் தெரிவித்தார்.  கடைசி யாக பொருளாளர் தோழர் ராம்குமார் அவர்கள் நன்றி கூறி கூட்டத்தை நிறைவு செய்தார்.

 Nationwide agitation by BSNL/MTNL pensioners :

 Joint action program  by six major BSNL/ MTNL pensioners' Associations including ours was given demanding pension revision as per 7th CPC fitment formula .  All of us have witnessed that Call attention day on 19th December 2022 and two day dharna on 17th, 18th January 2023 was successfully observed throughout the country. 

 *Rally on February 8 to Sanchar Bhavan in Delhi and CCA offices in circles, the third phase of the agitation was also implemented very successfully by these pensioner associations in BSNL/MTNL . Rally programme was suitably modified depending upon the local requirements. 

 Though Hon MoC was positive, because of the negative attitude of authorities in sanchar bhawan,We had resorted to the agitational approach demanding the immediate  pension revision with effect  from 1.1.2017 for pre 2017 retirees as per 7th CPC and the same benefit to be extended to post 2017 retirees also. More than 3.5 lakh pensioners are awaiting the settlement very eagerly. The enthusiastic response vindicated the anger of the Pensioners against the inordinate delay and large majority of pensioners are convinced about the justification of our demand. Congratulations & thanks to all the members, leaders at all levels of all the associations particularly Coms Bagchi, Prahlad Rai,  A K Kaushik, Jawahar and leaders of Mumbai for making the agitational program, a huge success. 

 The Telecom department has agreed for the delinking the pension revision from pay revision as per the instructions of Hon MoC.   *DOT' s concrete note with fitment formula and its proposal on addressing anomaly have yet to be firmed up. 

 Let's closely monitor the further developments on the issue and we hope to jointly pusue for final settlement as per our demand.

My/STR Division Greetings/Congratulations To All The Participants in the Program Of Our 3 rd Phase of Our Protest against the Delay in settlement of Our Pension Revision. We also convey our Greetings To All those who could not be present, yet were with us in mind/in absentia due to circumstances.

We understand that the 3 rd Phase went of well through out from Our All India President. Happy To Know Of IT.

Herein We would like to extend our Wishes to The Chennai Telephones Circle Association & TN Circle Secretary for their EFFORTS in arranging The Human Chain when Police Permission was not given for Rally to CCA  Office. Quite Understandable. Yet Our Leaders prudently changed it to Human Chain, which in result, has become better Effective...

Finally as We come to know of, the Human Chain was about to be unpermissible by the Police Authorities but due to the timely/convincing approach by Our Circle Secretary Sundarakrishnan, the Program has been conducted successfully...
