 BSNL MRS புறவழி மருத்துவ சிகிச்சை மற்றும் மெடிக்கல் தொகை பண பட்டுவாடாக்கான நிதி ஒதுக்கீடு வந்துள்ளது. அடுத்த வாரம் முதல் பண பட்டுவாடா துவங்கும் என்ற செய்தியை தெரிவிக்கின்றோம்.  மாநில சங்கம்

Allocation of FUNDs only received, Authorisation is yet to be received. The fund allotted is for outdoor Medical treatment includes Allowance also, CGHS Reimbursement etc. As per the enquiries made, STR and STP Circles got merged. It is spread over 5 states (6 Telecom Circles). Allotment of fund is only 2.6 crores. Huge outstanding bill payment is due to Hyderabad Area. TN.Circle allotment more than 28 crores Ch.TD 8 crores. PENSION REVISION LATEST NEWS FROM OUR CHQ

வெற்றியை நோக்கி நாம் !

 ஏற்கனவே அறிவித்தபடி,  28/7/2022 அன்று  நமது துறை அமைச்சர் உள்ளிட்ட உயர் அதிகாரிகளை சந்தித்து பென்சன் ரிவிஷன் செய்ய வேண்டிய நியாயத்தை எடுத்துரைத்தோம். நமது கோரிக்கையை பரிசீலிக்க அமைச்சர் ஒப்புக் கொண்டார். அதன் அடிப்படையில் ஒரே வாரத்தில் DOT (Establishment) நாம் முன்மொழிந்த  திட்டத்தை  Financeக்கு அனுப்பி Member,  Finance அதற்கு ஒப்பதல் வழங்கி, DOT செயலருக்கு 22/8/2022 அன்று  அனுப்பினார். DOT செயலர் இன்று (25/8/2022) அந்த திட்டத்திற்கு ஒப்புதல் அளித்து  பென்சன் அமைச்சகத்திற்கு (DOP & PW) அனுப்பிவிட்டார் என்ற மகிழ்ச்சியான செய்தியை பகிர்ந்து கொள்கிறோம்.

 DPO & PW ஏற்கனவே நம்மிடம் உறுதி அளித்தபடி,  இந்த முன்மொழிவை  ஏற்று மத்திய அமைச்சரவையின் ஒப்புதலுக்கு (Cabinet note) சமர்பிப்பார்கள் என்று  எதிர்பார்க்கிறோம். 

பென்சன் ரிவிஷன் File, DOT செயலரின்  ஒப்புதலோடு சஞ்சார் பவனிலிருந்து மேல் மட்டத்திற்கு செல்லும் வரை நாம் ரகசியம் காத்தோம். 

வெற்றிக்கு எப்போதும் பல தந்தையர்கள் உண்டு; ஆனால் உண்மையே வெல்லும்.

 

STR DN URGENT EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MTG was held today at 15.15 Hrs at 5th floor, Flower Bazaar Telephone Exge. Com Victor Raj and N.K chaired the Meeting. Com S. Sundarakrishnan and Com K. Muthiyalu attended the Meeting. President explained the purpose of the meeting and he told that STR DN is eligible for 30 delegates for AIC VIZAG but 42 members have given their willingness to attend the AIC VIZAG. president invited suggestions from Members to decide about the method of selection for this. All members gave their suggestions. After a detailed discussion finally, it was UNANIMOUSLY   decided to nominate the following 30 members to represent our STR DN as DELEGATES. The remaining 12 members are kept in the waiting list. We will give pressure to Reception Committee to give a greater number of delegates to STR DN. STR DN will try its level best to accommodate all these wait listed members. Some members may withdraw and cancel also at the last minute. We will accommodate the wait listed members in their place there. We hope for the best.- N.S. Deenadayalan..

STR DN. அவசர செயற்குழுக் கூட்டம் இன்று மாலை 3.15 மணிக்கு பூக்கடை தொலைபேசி நிலைய வளாகத்தில் உள்ள 5வது மாடியில் நடைபெற்றது. தோழர்கள் விக்டர் ராஜ் & N.K கூட்டத்திற்கு தலைமை தாங்கினார்கள். தோழர்கள் S. சுந்தரகிருஷ்ணன், முத்தியாலு அவர்களும் கூட்டத்திற்கு வந்திருந்தார்கள். தலைவர்,  விசாகப்பட்டினத்தில் நடக்க உள்ள  அகில இந்திய மாநாட்டிற்காக STR DNக்கு 30  சார்பாளர்கள் ஒதுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாகவும், மாநாட்டிற்கு வர விருப்பம் தெரிவித்து 42 உறுப்பினர்கள் தங்களது பெயர்களைக் கொடுத்துள்ளதாகவும், அதற்கான சார்பாளர்கள் தேர்வுக்காக கூட்டப்பட்ட விபரங்களைத்  தெரிவித்து உறுப்பினர்களின் கருத்துக்களை கூறும்படி கூறினார். அனைத்து தோழர்களும் தங்களது கருத்துக்களைக் கூறினார்கள். நீண்ட நெடிய பல்வேறு விவாதங்களுக்குப் பிறகு, கீழ்க்கண்ட 30 தோழர்களை சார்பாளர்களாக ஒருமனதாக அனுப்புவது என்று கூட்டம் முடிவு செய்தது. மீதமுள்ள 12 தோழர்களையும் காத்திருப்போர் பட்டியலில் வைத்திருப்பதாக முடிவு செய்தது. அவர்களையும் சார்பாளர்களாக அழைத்து செல்வதற்கு உண்டான அனைத்து முயற்சிகளையும் மேற்கொள்வது என்று முடிவு செய்தது. இன்னும் 3 மாதங்களுக்கு மேல் காலம் உள்ளது. சிலர்  கேன்ஸல் செய்யலாம். அந்த இடங்களில் இவர்களுக்கு இடம் கொடுக்கலாம் என்றும் முடிவு செய்யப்பட்து.அவர்களுக்கான மற்ற முயற்சிகளும் தொடர்ந்து செய்யப்படும். நன்றி வணக்கம்.   – N.S.  தீனதயாளன்

SAMPAN  PENSION, MIGRATION of PENSION Payment  FROM. BANK CPPC to CCA, Left out Bank of BARODA and 1st phase of Canara bank pensioners are getting migrated to SAMPANN during AUG, 2022. SAMPANN PORTAL user id and password will be sent to individual mail-id for log in .For kind information

For the SAMPANN migrated Pensioners, 

a) PPO COPY from CPPC is taken back by CCA.No more responsibility of bank for further .Pensioner has to deal only with CCA office for Life Certificate, form 16 or any requirement arises now and then.

b)Pension will be credited in the same bank account by  CCA on the last working day of every month.

c)Existing PPO can be retained .Not necessary to send to bank or CCA OFFICE.

d) New PPO Will be sent as soft copy. PPO No. will be changed retaining last 5 digits. 

e)Our Association already requested CCA to send signed copy of PPO. We will further insist.

அனைவருக்கும் மாலை வணக்கம். இன்று புதிய நிர்வாகிகள் பட்டியலை CCA அலுவலகம் மற்றும் தமிழ் நாடு CGM அலுவலகத்திலும் கொடுப்பதற்காக தோழர்கள் R. வெங்கடாச்சலம், K. முத்தியாலு, விக்டர் ராஜ், காளிதாஸ், சுந்தரகிருஷ்ணன் சென்றனர். புதிய நிர்வாகிகள் பட்டியலை கொடுத்தோம்.

1. IDA to    CDA letter Pending பற்றி தெரிவித்தோம்.

2. FMA cases received at CCA OFFICE 910. எதுவும் SANCTION  செய்யப்படவில்லை. இன்று DY.CCA அவர்கள் விவாதித்து, இதற்கு முன்னுரிமை கொடுப்பதாக தெரிவித்தார். BANK merger ஆல் மற்ற வேலைகளுக்கு ஆட்கள் இல்லை என்று கூறினார். Sanction தேதி முதல் தான் FMA கிடைக்கும் என்று எடுத்துரை தோம்.

3. VRS 2019, 60வயசு ஜூன் 2022ல் நிறைவடைந்தவர், கம்யூடேஷன் 90க்கும் மேர்ப்பட்ட வர்களுக்கு , pension section sanction செய்து PVA SECTION க்கு அனுப்பியுள்ளனர். AOPVA சந்தித்து, கேட்டபொழுது, அனைவருக்கும் பணம் ஆகஸ்ட் மாதத்தில் payment செய்யப்படும் என்று கூறினார்.

& BRIEF REPORT OF MTG

The Special General Body of our STR Division was held today as usual at Guindy. At the outset our division expresses its sincere thanks and regards to the newly elected Circle Office-Bearers who willingly accepted our invitation and made their valuable presence. The meeting started at 1515 hrs and ended at 1730 hrs. As a mark of our respect, Silent Homage was done to our departed members and others. S.Narasimhan briefed about the welfare news connected to our members and CGHS benefits. N.S.Deenadayalan, our District Secretary welcomed the leaders and members and also made a brief report on the founding of our Association. Muthiyalu dwelt upon our Association at length from its origin to till date. Sugumaran, Our Hon. President felicitated the newly elected Circle Office-Bearers on behalf of our division and briefed about our immediate issues. Our Circle Secretary Sundarakrishnan spoke about the needs of the members and the difficulties faced during negotiations with the concerned authorities. Our Member Com. S. Ramkumar,  SDE,  TN,  CNI made a brief reference about notional increment for pensionery benefits to those retired just a day before their annual increment. R.V in a minute's speech has given a sweet message of more hospitals are in wait, to serve us through CGHS. The meeting concluded with vote of thanks by Mohan. Finally the STR Division while thanking the members for their participation also sincerely feel that the invitees could not share their valuable experiences due to paucity of time. The Division would definitely have their experiences shared with our members in future.

Dear Comrades, Good evening. In the Annual General Body Meeting/District Conference held on 29th JULY 2022, new set of office bearers were elected for the next term Unanimously . Com.N.S.Deenadayalan has been elected as DISTRICT SECRETARY. However, I Have been considered to represent as District Secretary of STR  to the CIRCLE CONFERENCE. Circle conference have been  conducted in a grand Manner at Salem and 5 of our comrades have been elected as CIRCLE OFFICE Bearers including me as CIRCLE SECRETARY. Thanks to all  our comrades for considered me for the post of CS. During my tenure as District Secretary, all of you extended fullest cooperation., Guidence  of my President com.A.Sugumaran, com.K.Muthialu Dy.GS and support extended by com.N.Mohan Treasurer ,Com.S.Narasimman ADS and other Dist.office bearers will ever cherish in my mind and heart.  HOLDING OF CONFERENCES 

It is a  Constitutional obligation to hold the Circle/ District Conferences every 2 years. Due to  PANDEMIC,  we gave  directions to wait till the  COVID-19  cases are reduced. 

After  situation eased out , from  November  2021 onwards  our members started  conducting  conferences. We  notified for  AIC also during  December 22. Many  Circles/ Districts  have already completed the  process. 

AP Circle, host Circle of  AIC,  will hold  its circle conference along with AIC. 

Even  though  CWC  has  decided on 5-6-2022  that  all the  Circles / Districts  should  complete this process before  AIC,  the  following Circles are yet to notify for the same.
