Matter was listed as Item 91 today before Hon'ble Judges Shri J Hari Shankar and Shri J Ajay Digpaul. Our lawyers led by Mr Sanjoy Ghose, Sr Counsel appeared on our behalf.

It was taken up just before lunch.

The government Counsel  sought an adjournment on the ground of unavailability of the ASG due to his leg-broken.

The Hon judge told the government counsel that they have studied the case and prepared the note till 2 am. Non-availability of ASG could have been circulated through a letter in advance.

Mr.Ghose objected to the request and submitted that a large number of retired pensioners were awaiting the revision which was a meagre amount.

The Hon'ble Court agreed to post the matter on the earliest available date i.e. 18.02.2025 in the supplementary list.

4.3% IDA உயர்வு மற்றும்  31-01-2020ல் விருப்ப ஓய்வில் சென்றவர்கள், Gratuity மற்றும் Commutation பணப்பலன்களை பெற 01-02-2025 க்கு பிறகு விண்ணப்பிக்க வேண்டும் என்று தெரிவித்தார்.

அதுபோலவே தமிழ் மாநில செயற்குழு கூட்டம், மாநிலச்சங்கத்தின் வேண்டுகோளை ஏற்று, சென்னையில் STR DN நடத்த ஒப்புக்கொள்ளப்பட்டது. மேலும் மாநில சங்கம் ரூபாய் 50,000/= நிதி உதவிஅளிப்பதாக மாநிலச்செயலாளர் அறிவித்தார்.

இந்த ஆண்டில் நடைபெற இருக்கின்ற மாநில மற்றும் அகில இந்திய மாநாடு செலவுகளை எதிர்கொள்ள நமது உறுப்பினர்களிடம் குறைந்த பட்சம் ரூபாய் 300/=நன்கோடை வேண்டி பெருவது என்றும் முடிவு மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டது..

நமது செயற்குழுவின் ஒப்புதல் பெற்று  WhatsApp மூலமாகவும் U-tube மூலமாகவும் நமது உறுப்பினர்களுக்கு உங்களுக்கு தெரியுமா கானொளி காட்சி மூலம் Life Certificate கொடுக்கும் வழி முறைகள், (குறிப்பாக வெளிநாடு சென்றுள்ள நமது உறுப்பினர்கள் மகிழ்ச்சி அடைந்துள்ளனர்..) அதுமட்டுமன்றி CGHS Online Appointment பெருவது போன்ற பல நல்ல தகவல்களுக்காக நமது பாராட்டுக்களை Webmastet தோழர் நரசிம்மனுக்கு தெரிவித்துக்கொள்கிறோம்.

மேலும் Life Certificate கொடுக்க முடியாமல் சிரமப்படுவதாக நமக்கு தெரிவித்த மூத்ததோழர் 84 வயது பெர்க்ஸ்மேன்  அவரகளது இல்லம் சென்று Face Authantication மூலம் DLC எடுத்துக் கொடுத்த நமது தோழர் ராஜன் அவரகளுக்கு நமது வாழ்த்துக்களையும் நன்றியினையும் தெரிவித்துக்கொள்கிறோம்.

அ. இ. துணைத்தலைவர் தோழர் முத்தியாலு அவர்கள்  மத்திய அரசு அறிவித்துள்ள 8 - வது ஊதியக்குழுவில்  Terms of Referance ல் BSNL ஓய்வூதியர்களையும் சேர்க்க வேண்டும் என்பதையும், 7 -வது ஊதியக்குழுவில் நமது முயற்சி ஏற்க்கப்படவில்லை என்பதனையும் விவரித்தார்.

அடுத்து நமது கௌரவத்தலைவர் சுகுமாரன் அவர்கள் சொசைட்டி குறித்து நமது வேண்டுகோள் Special Officer நியமிக்கப்பட வேண்டும். அதற்கான செயலில் நமது மாநிலச்சங்கம் முயற்சி மேற்க்கொணடு வருவதையும் எடுத்துக் கூறினார்.

நமது மாநில செயலாளர், 4.3% IDA உத்திரவு இதுவரையில் வரவில்லை, அதற்காகவும் மற்றும் CCA TN அலுவலகத்தில் அதிகாரிகள் மற்றும்ஊழியர்கள் எண்ணிக்கை  போதுமானதாக இல்லாததன் காரணமாக குடும்ப ஓய்வூதியம் வேண்டி விண்ணப்பித்தவர்கள் முதல் பல்வேறு குறைபாடுகளும் தீர்த்து வைப்பதில் கால தாமதம் மற்றும் ஊழியர்களின் பணிச்சுமையின்  காரணமாகவும் நிலவும்  சூழலை களைய முயற்சி மேற்கொள்ள பொதுச் செயலாலருக்கு தெரிவித்துள்ளது மற்றும் பிப்ரவரி மாதம் முதல் தேதிக்கு பிறகு Gratuty மற்றும் Commutation பெற BSNL மூலமாகவும், நேரடியாக CCA அலுவலகத்திலும் விண்ணப்பங்களை சமர்ப்பிக்க, V.R.S. ல் ஓய்வு பெற்றுள்ள 60 வயதிற்கும் கீழ் உள்ளவர்களுக்கு அறிவுறுத்தினார்.

தோழர் ராம்குமார் முன்னாள் பொருளாளர் Notional Increment குறித்து தனது கருத்தை முன்வைத்தார்.

 தோழர் நரசிம்மன் அவர்கள் Notional Increment குறித்து DOT   Order சில நிமிடங்களுக்கு முன்னர் வெளிவந்துள்ள தகவலை சுட்டிக்காட்டினார். தோழர்  சுந்தரபாபு பொருளாளர் நன்றி கூறி கூட்டத்தை நிறைவு செய்தார்.

Pension and other retiral benefits for employees who retired between 01/01/2007 and 09/06/2013 must be recalculated based on the 78.2% IDA merger, with notional pay fixation applied up to 09/06/2013.

Now it is listed  for further hearing on 30-01-2025

Status Update on Pension Revision Court Case

The pension revision case was scheduled for hearing today in the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi. However, the matter reached at 5 PM, and the Court did not have enough time to hear it.

On the basis of the 8th October order, we requested that the matter be heard urgently as part of the supplementary list to ensure it is taken up earlier. The Court has adjourned the case to 30th January 2025.

Update on Contempt Case Regarding Pension Revision in PB CAT Delhi (10th January 2025)

As per the update received from our lawyer on today's proceedings:

1. Contempt petitions were closed today, citing that the High Court has issued a notice in the matter.

2. Normally, a contempt petition becomes infructuous once an appeal is filed against the judgment. However, in this case, the petition continued until 10th January 2025.

3. Even now, the contempt petition is not dismissed but only closed with the liberty to reopen it after the High Court judgment.

This situation is not new to us. We had a similar experience in the pension anomaly case, where the contempt petition was closed after the appeal but was later reopened following the High Court judgment.

We will press for an early hearing in the High Court and strive to get the matter resolved at the earliest.

இன்றைய நடவடிக்கைகள் குறித்து  நமது வழக்கறிஞரிடமிருந்து பெறப்பட்ட புதுப்பிப்பின்படி:

1. இந்த விஷயத்தில் உயர் நீதிமன்றம் ஒரு அறிவிப்பை வெளியிட்டுள்ளதாகக் கூறி, அவமதிப்பு மனுக்கள் இன்று மூடப்பட்டன.

2. பொதுவாக, தீர்ப்புக்கு எதிராக மேல்முறையீடு செய்யப்பட்டவுடன் ஒரு அவமதிப்பு மனு பயனற்றதாகிவிடும். இருப்பினும், இந்த வழக்கில், மனு ஜனவரி 10, 2025 வரை தொடர்ந்தது.

3. இப்போதும் கூட, அவமதிப்பு மனு தள்ளுபடி செய்யப்படவில்லை, ஆனால் உயர் நீதிமன்றத் தீர்ப்புக்குப் பிறகு அதை மீண்டும் விசாரிக்கும் சுதந்திரத்துடன் மட்டுமே மூடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இந்த நிலைமை நமக்கு  புதிதல்ல. ஓய்வூதிய ஒழுங்கின்மை வழக்கிலும் இதேபோன்ற அனுபவம் எங்களுக்கு இருந்தது, அங்கு அவமதிப்பு மனு மேல்முறையீட்டிற்குப் பிறகு மூடப்பட்டது, ஆனால் பின்னர் உயர் நீதிமன்றத் தீர்ப்பைத் தொடர்ந்து மீண்டும் திறக்கப்பட்டது.

 உயர் நீதிமன்றத்தில் விரைவில் விசாரணை நடத்த வலியுறுத்துவோம், மேலும் இந்த விவகாரத்தை விரைவில் தீர்க்க முயற்சிப்போம்.

 DELAY IN PENSION PAYMENT BY CANARA BANK. 

In continuation to my earlier report dt. 31-12-2024, it is  informed to our members that  PAYMENT is  likely to be made before 4-1-2025 as the manual posting of entries is  still going on. 

Most of the  staff members of CCA office  are put exclusively on this job for  last three days. 

Let us  bear this delay.

Dear Members,

Pensions credits through Canara Bank across all circles are delayed due to a technical issue at the Canara Bank server end. As a result, these transactions are being returned to the respective CCAs (Controller of Communication Accounts) via SBI for reprocessing.

The CCAs in all circles are diligently reprocessing the returned cases and forwarding them to SBI and subsequently to Canara Bank for payment disbursal. As per the discussion we had yesterday with CCA AP Circle (Vijayawada), the work to AP Circle (around 1200 pensions) is being completed in batches and is expected to be finalized shortly. ( Similarly 6000 pensions in Tamilnadu, 4000 in Karnataka, 400 in UP West and so on in all …
