List of the Pensioners/Family Pensioners whose LC/DLC is valid upto 31-01-2023 (status as
on 31-01-2023)
Note 1 : Immediate action required: Validity of your life certificate / digital life certificate is
expired on 31.01.2023. You are requested to submit your LC/DLC immediately for continued
drawal of pension from FEBRUARY 2023 onwards. Pension amount for the month of FEBRUARY
2023 can be drawn only upon renewal of LC/DLC.
Note 2 : For submission of Digital Life Certificate through Jeevan Praman, the following
parameters are
to be selected and correct PPO & Aadhar number to be uploaded.
(i) Sanctioning Authority as "Telecom"
(ii) Disbursing Agency as "SAMPANN - Department of Telecommunications"
(iii) Agency as "Pr.CCA, Tamil Nadu"
