APPEAL FOR DONATIONS
Dear Comrades,
STR DN EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING was held on 7-2-25, Friday at 3 PM at Flower Bazaar Tele. Exge. The following items were discussed in the meeting.
You all know that a decision was taken in our January Monthly Meeting that our STR DIVISION will conduct our Tamil Nadu Circle Executive Committee Meeting in Chennai as per the request of our Circle Secretary Com S. Sundarakrishnan.
TN Circle Secretary Com S. Sundarakrishnan informed that it was decided to hold the TN CIRCLE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING on 13th & 14th of March, 25. All Division Secretaries, CEC Members and All India Office bearers totaling Approximately 80 members may attend this Meeting.
It is our responsibility to provide them accommodation, food and Meeting Hall arrangements for two days for them. Our Division Secretary Com N.S. Deenadayalan said that it is expected that an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- may be required to meet that expenditure from our fund. Com S. Sundarakrishnan informed that TN CIRCLE will give Rs.50,000/- to STR DIVISION.
Secondly it was decided in the executive committee meeting to conduct our next STR DN’s March Monthly Meeting as INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY MEETING at GUINDY HALL in a grand manner as usual. It was decided to honour our lady comrades in that meeting. This will also involve a considerable expenditure for us.
Thirdly our All-India Conference will be held in Ernakulam during November this year. As per the constitution of our Association, all Divisions of our Association should contribute Rs.100/- per membership of their division to All India Association for Conference expenditure. Our STR Division has a strength of 1788 of members as on today. So as per the constitution of our Association we have to give a donation of Rs.1,78,800/- to our All India Association for the All India Conference.
Fourthly our TN CIRCLE Conference may be held before All India Conference. We have to pay delegates fees for our STR DN delegates for that conference. Delegate fees for All India conference has also to be paid to our STR DN delegates in November, 25. Totally it may cost about Rs.70,000/- for that expenditure.
Hence It is a huge financial problem before us to meet out these expenditures from our Division.
Hence it was decided in the Executive Committee Meeting to request our Members to contribute minimum Rs.300/- per member to meet out these expenditures. Members can contribute more than that liberally if they wish.

நன்கொடைவேண்டுகோள்
தோழர்களே, தோழியர்களே,
STR DN EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING 7-2-25 வெள்ளியன்று மாலை 3 மணிக்கு FLOWER BAZAAR TELE EXGE. ல் நடைபெற்றது. கீழ்கண்ட விஷயங்கள் அதில் விவாதிக்கப்பட்டன.
நம் தமிழ் மாநில செயலர் தோழர் சுந்தரகிருஷ்ணன் அவர்கள் வேண்டுகோளுக்கு இணங்க தமிழ் மாநில செயற்குழுக் கூட்டத்தை STR DIVISION சார்பாக சென்னையில் நடத்தும் முழு பொறுப்பையும் சென்னையில் நாம் நடத்துவது என்று சென்ற ஜனவரி மாத பொதுக்குழுக் கூட்டத்தில் நாம் முடிவு செய்து உள்ளோம் என்பது நம் அனைவருக்கும் நன்கு தெரிந்திருக்கும்.
இந்த செயற்குழுக் கூட்டத்தில் மாநில செயலர் சுந்தரகிருஷ்ணன் அவர்கள் தமிழ் மாநில செயற்குழுக் கூட்டத்தை வருகிற மார்ச் மாதம் 13 & 14 தேதிகளில் நடத்த முடிவு செய்திருப்பதாகவும், சுமார் 80 மாநில செயற்குழு உறுப்பினர்கள், மாவட்ட செயலாளர்கள், அனைத்திந்திய தலைவர்கள் உட்பட சுமார் 80 பேர்கள் பங்கேற்பார்கள் என்றும் தகவல் தெரிவித்தார்.
இந்த கூட்டத்திற்கு வரும் சார்பாளர்களுக்கான தங்குமிடம், உணவு, மற்றும் கூட்டம் நடைபெற உள்ள இடம் ஆகியவற்றிற்கான செலவினை நாம் செய்யவேண்டும். அந்த கூட்டத்தை சென்னை மீனம்பாக்கத்தில் உள்ள CTTC ல் நடத்துவது என்று இந்த கூட்டத்தில் முடிவு செய்யப்பட்டது. இதற்காக சுமார் ரூ.1,50,000/- செலவு ஆகலாம் என்று நம் கோட்ட செயலர் தீனதயாளன் தெரிவித்தார். மாநில சங்கம் சார்பாக ரூ.50,000/- கொடுக்கப்படும் என்று தோழர் சுந்தரகிருஷ்ணன் தெரிவித்தார்.
அடுத்ததாக வருகிற மார்ச் மாதம் 11ந்தேதி வருகிற நம் மாதாந்திரக் கூட்டத்தை மகிளிர்தின சிறப்புக் கூட்டமாக வழக்கம்போல் சிறப்பாக கிண்டியில் நடத்துவது என்றும் முடிவு செய்யப்பட்டது. அந்த கூட்டத்தில் நம் மகளிர் தோழியர்களை சிறப்பாக கௌரவிப்பது என்றும் முடிவு செய்யப்பட்டது. இதற்கும் ஒரு கணிசமான தொகை செலவாகும்.
அடுத்ததாக நம் அனைத்திந்திய சங்கத்தின் அகில இந்திய மாநாடு வருகிற நவம்பர் 25, கொச்சியில் நடைபெறும் என்று மத்திய சங்கம் அறிவித்துள்ளது.
அந்த மாநாட்டினை நடத்தும் செலவிற்காக மத்திய சங்க சட்டத்தின்படி அனைத்து கோட்டங்களும் அவரவர்கள் உறுப்பினர்கள் எண்ணிக்கையின் அடிப்படையில் ஒவ்வொரு உறுப்பினருக்கும் ரூ.100/- என்ற விகிதத்தில் மத்திய சங்கத்திற்கு நன்கொடை அனுப்பவேண்டும். அதன்படி பார்த்தால் நம்மிடையே தற்போது உள்ள 1788 உறுப்பினர்களுக்காக நாம் ரூ.1,78,800/- ஐ நாம் மத்திய சங்கத்திற்காக நன்கொடை அனுப்ப வேண்டியிருக்கும்.
மேலும் இந்த ஆண்டு நடைபெற உள்ள தமிழ்நாடு மாநில மாநாட்டில் பங்கு பெற உள்ள நமது உறுப்பினர்களுக்கான் சார்பாளர்கள் கட்டணத்தை நம் STR DN. லிருந்து கட்டவேண்டும். அதே போல நவம்பரில் நடைபெற உள்ள அனைத்திந்திய மாநாட்டில் கலந்து கொள்ளும் நமது உறுப்பினர்களுக்கும் நாம் சார்பாளர் கட்டணம் கட்ட வேண்டும். இவைகளுக்காக சுமார் ரூ.70,000/- தேவைப்படலாம்.
இவைகள் எல்லாவற்றையும் சேர்த்துப் பார்த்தால் நமக்கு ஒரு மிகப் பெரிய நிதி தேவைப்படுகிறது.
ஆகையால் இந்த எல்லா செலவினங்களையும் சமாளிப்பதற்காக நம் உறுப்பினர்கள் ஒவ்வொருவரிடமிருந்தும் குறைந்த பட்சம் ரூ. 300/- நன்கொடை கேட்பது என்று இந்த செயற்குழுக் கூட்டத்தில் முடிவு செய்யப்பட்டது. அந்த தொகை ரூ.300/- க்கும் மேலும் அனுப்ப விருப்பமுள்ள தோழர்கள் அனுப்பலாம்.
இதை நம் வேண்டுகோளாக ஏற்று நம் தோழர்கள் தங்கள் நன்கொடைகளை உடனே அனுப்பத் தொடங்கவேண்டும் என்று பணிவுடன் கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறோம்.
