வேலிடேஷன் சட்டத்தை எதிர்த்து Forum of Civil Pensioners Association சார்பில் நாளை 10-10-2025  மாலை பார்க் டவுன் போஸ்ட் ஆபிஸ் அருகில் நடைபெறுவதாக இருந்த  ஆர்ப்பாட்டம் ஒத்திவைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

 WAGE REVISION AGREEMENT FOR 

NON EXECUTIVES OF BSNL SIGNED TODAY DETAILS BELOW

Wage Revision Committee meeting is held today the 08-10-2025 and signed the agreement. All members of BSNLEU and NFTE participated. The following are the details of the agreement:-

1) Pay scales are as per the list attached. 

2) Fitment will be at par with the fitment to be given to the Executives.

3) Pay loss to any employee will be compensated by giving personal pay, to be absorbed in future increments. 

4)  Revision of perks and allowances will be decided by the BSNL Board and will be implemented  from the date of signing of the Wage Revision Agreement. ( A committee is already constituted by the Management for the revision of allowances)

5) HRA revision will be decided by the BSNL Board.

 6) Anomalies and aberrations will be addressed suitably.

7) The pay scales implemented in this Wage Revision will not form the basis for revision of pay scales in the next Wage Revision.

 

 REPORT FROM OUR ALL INDIA GENERAL SECRETARY COM V. VARAPRASAD RAO ABOUT OF TN CIRCLE VELLORE CONFERENCE

The Tamil Nadu Circle Conference of the All India BSNL Pensioners’ Welfare Association (AIBSNLPWA) was held on 4th and 5th October 2025 at Vellore. The conference was presided over by Com. Saminathan. 

The Open Session was inaugurated by Com. K. Muthiyalu. CHQ leaders Com. D. Gopalakrishnan (CHQ President), Com. V. Vara Prasad (General Secretary), Com. R. S. N. Murthy (CHQ Vice President), Com. T. S. Vittoban, Com. P. Venugopal, Com. Arunachalam, Com. Jayaraman, Com. Latha, Com. Rathna, and Com. Olly (Circle Secretary, Chennai Phones) Com V Rama Rao (Circle Advisor)  shared the dais. 

CHQ President and General Secretary elaborated on all major issues — including Present status of Pension Revision, Validation Act, Next AIC, Financial Discipline, and the need for unity. 

Smt. Gowtami Balasri, Joint CCA, Tamil Nadu, in her detailed and informative address, spoke about the status on issues such as the extra increment case, 78.2% fitment, family pension settlement, and Last Pay Drawn (LPD) implementation. She informed that a communication from DoT, New Delhi is expected shortly. She emphasized the importance of creating login credentials in SAMPANN for all 51,000 pensioners in Tamil Nadu and urged 24,000 migrated pensioners to complete KYP (Know Your Pensioner) formalities for EPPO generation. She appreciated the proactive cooperation and support extended by AIBSNLPWA to the CCA office.

GM, BSNL Vellore and NFTE Circle Secretary conveyed greetings to the conference and lauded the sustained efforts of the Association in serving the pensioner community.

The conference recorded participation of 358 delegates, 168 observers, 20 District Secretaries, 35 Circle Office Bearers, 9 CHQ Office Bearers, and large number of members from Vellore.

Elections were conducted in a cordial and democratic atmosphere, and all office-bearers were elected unanimously. The newly elected team comprises:

• Com. R. Venkatachalam – Circle President

• Com. S. Sundara Krishnan – Circle Secretary

• Com. Perumal Raja – Circle Treasurer

The Vellore District team deserves special appreciation for their excellent arrangements, disciplined organization, and warm hospitality, which contributed greatly to the grand success of the event.

 A Flash News " MIOT hospital management has agreed to extend cashless treatment to all the CGHS beneficiaries ". Dr.Prithvi Mohandoss, MD Hospital himself was there in the today's meeting and kindly given the consent to revive the cashless treatment to the CGHS beneficiaries in the light of the new revision of all the rates. This is conveyed by the Executive Committee member who attending this meeting. Great relief for all of us especially those who are living in Southern part of the Chennai city and in suburbs.

நமது STR Division மாதாந்திர கூட்டம் பூக்கடை தொலைபேசி நிலைய வளாகம் 5வது தளத்தில் 09-09-2025, 2-  வது செவ்வாய்க்கிழமைஅன்று மாலை 0315மணி முதல் 0545 மணி வரையில் நடைபெற்றது.

அஞ்சலி, குடும்ப நிகழ்வுகள் மற்றும் சென்ற மாத கூட்ட நிகழ்வுகளை மாவட்ட செயலாளர், எடுத்துரைத்தார். வேலூர்மாநில மாநாட்டிற்கான சார்பாளர் தேர்வும் அதனைத் தொடர்ந்து எர்ணாகுளம் அ. இ. மாநாட்டுக்கான சார்பாளர் தேர்வும் நடைபெற்றது.

வேலூர் மாநில மாநாட்டிற்க்கு 36 சார்பாளர்களும், 10 பார்வையாளர்களும் தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்டனர்.

அ. இ. மாநாட்டிற்க்கு 18 சார்பாளர்களும், 10 பார்வையாளர்களும் விருப்பம் தெரிவித்துள்ளனர்.

நமது மாநிலச் செயலாளர் அவர்கள், அ. இ. மாநாட்டிற்க்கு பார்வையாளர்கள் கலந்து கொள்ள  முயற்சி செய்வதாகக் கூறினார்..

 தீர்மானங்கள்

1) தமிழ் மாநில தஞ்சாவூர்  மற்றும் சேலம் செயற்குழுவின் ஒருமித்த தீர்மானம், அரசாங்கத்துடன் நமது மத்திய சங்கம்உடனடியாக பேச்சு வார்த்தை நடத்தி ஓய்வூதிய மாற்றத்தை பெற வேண்டும்.

 பாட்டியாலா CWCலும் தமிழ் மாநில செயலரால் வலியுறுத்தப்பட்டது.

ஊதிய மாற்றம் பேச்சு வார்த்தை நடந்து கொண்டிருக்கும் இவ்வேளையில் நாமும் பேச்சு வார்த்தை மூலம்

 3rd PRC அடிப்படையில் ஓய்வூதியம் மாற்றம் பெற மத்திய சங்கம் அரசாங்கத்துடன் பேச்சு வார்த்தை நடத்த வேண்டும். அதற்கான முன் முயற்சிகளை 

மாநிலசங்கம் எடுக்க வேண்டும் என STR  மாவட்ட பொதுக்குழு வலியுறுத்துகிறது.

2) சென்னை சொசைட்டி பிரச்சனையில்

நமது அ. இ. சங்கம் பாடியாலா மத்திய செயற்குழுவின் முடிவின்படி, தமிழ் மாநில செயலாளர், டெல்லியிலுள்ள மத்திய கூட்டுறவு சங்க பதிவாளரை சந்திப்பதற்கான ஏற்பாட்டினை 

மத்திய சங்கம் செய்து, சொசைட்டி பிரச்சனைக்கு தீர்வு காண முயற்சி மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டும்.

தற்போதைய சூழ்நிலையை கணக்கில் எடுத்துக் கொண்டு மாநிலச் செயலாளர் கேட்டுக்கொண்டதற்கிணங்க நமது பொதுச் செயலாளர் அவர்கள் கூட்டுறவு பதிவாளர் அவர்களுக்கு 8-9-2025 அன்று கடிதம் எழுதியிருப்பதை STR மாவட்ட சங்கம்  வரவேற்கிறது. பாராட்டுகிறது.

அதே சமயத்தில் பிரச்சனையின் தீவிரத்தையும், ஊழியர்களை பாதிக்கின்ற காலதாமதத்தையும் கணக்கில் கொண்டு, நீதிமன்ற தீர்ப்புகள், சொசைட்டிஆவணங்களை பரிசீலனை செய்தல், உரிய  Audit போன்ற நிர்வாக ரீதியான நடவடிக்கைகள் ஒருபுறமிருக்க அவற்றின் குறுக்கீடில்லாமல் உடனடியாக

 Special Officer with Full / Sufficient Powers, நியமனம் செய்யப்பட்டு உறுப்பினர்களின் நிலுவைத் தொகையினை விரைவில் பெற்றுத்தர STR மாவட்ட சங்கம் மாநில சங்கத்தை கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறது.

9/9/25..A BRIEF Detailed Proceedings will Follow. This is just Information for expectant Members....

After the Usual Tributes to the departed souls, the following Agenda ... 

1. Circle Conference/AIC

    a). Finalisation of Delegates to Circle Conference.

     b). Finalisation of Delegates to AIC.

      c). Resolutions.

       d). Other Items 

Proceedings went on step by step....

CIRCLE CONFERENCE.

As The Circle O/Bs & D/S  are Exofficio, for the rest of 36 Delegates to the Circle Conference, A proposal was mooted to send The President & The Treasurer which was unanimously accepted. Five Ladies & One from Kerala were approved. For the Rest of 28, initially Options were called for from the Present Participants in person  Then some members have intimated their willingness to participate to the Division Union though not present( due to unavoidable circumstances). All put together, the Number was 48. After frank/fair deliberation 36 Delegates & 10 Visitors were declared...                       

A.I.C.... 

The Issue of Delegates  to AIC was taken up. Only 18 eligible as per our Membership. The President, The D/S & District Treasurer & One  from Kerala were  unanimously elected. Only 14 were to be decided. Yet about 24 Members Opted. The Circle Secretary clarified that as adjacent State(Circle) He has spoken to Kerala Reception Committee for accommodation of Visitors/Observers. Although No Assurance given, in a couple of days some reply in this regard is expected on his insistence. Hence The District Union was authorised to Name the Delegates from amongst the Optees. A Request was also made to Kerala Reception Committee by Our STR Division...

Thereafter Resolutions to the Circle Conference/AIC were taken up and useful deliberations took place...

Then some other issues were mentioned. Com.Mohankumar raised a valuable point of attending two Circle Conferences being A Dual Member. The President clarified that his point was correct and  appealed to him not to press the point. The President emphatically told that it was better not to elaborate on it at this juncture. Our CHQ VP Muthiyalu & Com.Sivasankaran spoke about Amendments to the Constitution. Com.Sivasankaran's point of Internal Audit for the CHQ as in the case of Circle was noteworthy. Com. Sivakumar spoke about Pension Revision in the light of Ongoing Wage Revision for the serving BSNL Employees and exhorted  that Negotiations as agreed upon by the G/S (aside of legal battle) at Salem alone would be fruitful in realising Pension Revision pending for years . Com.Ramakrishnan quoted about the retrograde amendments of 5 years for AIC and the restriction imposed on the number of Delegates. Com.Baskar has aired his views on Society. Com.Victorraj took exception to the write-ups of some Seniors in the affairs of Society and applauded the Steps taken by The Circle Secretary along with Com.Sugumaran and others. Com. Subbarao suggested instead of resorting to criticism, as A major Outfit, Our TN.Circle can initiate steps to forge Unity amongst Various Pensioners Associations. Com.Sugumaran detailed the steps taken with regard to Society and explained the realistic situation. 

Com. Manthiramurthy despite his health conditions, attended the GB and pointed out some of the avoidable mistakes, specially by the President which was well-taken. D/S informed that donations from about 800 members were received and conveyed his Thanks. 

Finally NK appreciated the services of 

Com. Sundarakrishnan as Circle Secretary and expressed that most of the Members of STR Division want this Continuity for the sake of Pensioners. Com.Sundarbabu made Vote of Thanks🌹🙏.. NK
