Dear Ma’am / Sirs,

As you are aware matters were listed as Items 46-48 today.

When matter was called out, Mr Ghose appeared for us and informed the bench of the issue and requested the bench to take up the matter. At that stage, Counsel for UoI was not there and a Passover was requested on his behalf.

When the matter was called out after passover, Counsel for UoI requested that the matter be taken up post lunch. At which stage, the Court told him that was not possible owing to certain other time fixed matters.

Therefore, we requested for the shortest possible date so that the matter can be disposed off expeditiously and also requested for it to be taken up at a fixed time.

In view of our request, the Hon’ble Court agreed to take up the matter on 6th Jan at 2:30 PM.
