Dear Comrades,
As per the discussion
had with the Office of CCA Chennai, no instruction received from DELHI when to take over direct pension payment
to existing pensioners. Hence no direction is issued to Bank authorities by CCA
Tamilnadu. In case if any bank requests the pensioners to submit their PPO Book ,comrades are requested NOT to give their
original Pension book to bank authorities.
All CPPCs should have one original PPO Book. At the time of direct payment of Pension they
will surrender their PPO books to CCA. So,
comrades are requested to consult our Association in case if any body requests
to surrender the PPO Book.
