Cca Tamiladu issued co authorisation incorporating in PPO.Co-authorisation of Physically disabled dependant child .  Due to the letter issued by Dot HQrs on the above subject, not to insist to get a certificateas"not able to earn incomd for livdlyhood"from Medical Authorities. Whereas DP  &Pw order such condition was essential..As per revised pension rule, such co authorisation can be issued to those who have single parent. They insisted for Field inspection report from BSNL Authorities. Due to this prevailing conditions , some of the cases are kept pending. Pr. Cca discussed with HQrs. and a decission is taken by cca office to review all such pending cases. If the documents are proper, even without earning certificate, with both parents alive will be sanctioned. 2.FMA  Only 500 applications are pending and those are also being processed at clerical level, 1st level.. There are 5 levels in Pension section.Rest are sent beyond 3rd level. Some are sanctioned in pension sec and being sent to PDA. All will be sent to PDA this month. Requsted AO PDA to include all sanctionsd FMA for early payment.. For kind information.3.Pay correction, in SAMPANN, 21 cases refered to help desk.

BSNL ஓய்வூதியர்களில்  ஒரு அட்வான்ஸ் இன்கிரீமெண்ட் பிரச்சினையுடன் சம்பந்தப்பட்டவர்களைத் தவிர  மற்ற பெரும்பாலானவர்கள் 78.2 இணைப்பு பலனை பல ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்பே பெற்று பலனடைந்து வருகிறோம்.

இந்த நிலையில் ஒரு இன்கிரீமெண்ட் வழக்கு காரணமாக சுமார் 400/500 ஓய்வூதியர்கள் 78.2. பலனைப் பெற முடியவில்லை. அவர்களில் பலர் இறந்தும் விட்டனர்.

ஒரு அட்வான்ஸ் இன்கிரிமெண்ட் வழக்கு எப்போது முடியும், எப்படி முடியும் என்பது குறித்து எதுவும் தெளிவாகச் சொல்ல முடியாது.

எனவே இந்த வழக்கு காரணமாக ஒரு பெரும் நிதி நிலுவையை, உயர் ஓய்வூதியத்தை பெற முடியாது அல்லல் பட்டுக்கொண்டிருக்கின்றவர்களின் இடத்தில் நம்மை வைத்து பார்த்தோமானால், கூடுதல் இன்கிரீமெண்ட் வழக்கு தீர்ப்பு வருகிறபடி வரட்டும். அதற்காக நாங்கள் எங்கள் வாழ்நாளில் ஏன் 78.2 பணப்பலனை இழந்து கஷ்டப்பட வேண்டும் என்கிற ஆதங்கம் மிக நியாயமான ஒன்றே. 

என்னிடம் இது பற்றி பலர் பேசி இருக்கிறார்கள்.

இப்போது  அவர்களின் நியாயமான துயரம் நீக்க ஒரு இடைக்கால தீர்வு

 மேலும் இதற்கான முயற்சியை வேறு யாரேனும் எடுத்திருந்தால் அவர்களுக்கும் 

 எனது வாழ்த்துக்கள், பாராட்டுக்கள். 

 78.2 இணைப்பின் பலனை நிலுவையுடன் பெற இருக்கும் அத்தனை ஓய்வூதியர்களுக்கும், குடும்ப ஓய்வூதியர்களுக்கும் எனது வாழ்த்துக்கள், பாராட்டுக்கள். 

 யார் மூலமாக , யார் முயற்சியின் காரணமாக இந்த 78.2 இணைப்பு பலன் பிரச்சினைக்கு ஒரு இடைக்கால தீர்வு பெறப்பட்டி ருந்தாலும் இது நமது AIBSNLPWA

As NK, I think and it is prudent to leave the issue of Interim Settlement of One Increment to the The Circle Secretary Sundarakrishnan and follow his advice/suggestion AS HE HAS ONLY brought about the Settlement. Unnecessary Intervention/Advice, by whomsoever, it may be, may please be not taken into account. The Circle Secretary, I Hope, will take all steps to see that The Benefit reach the Affected. May I request all those from Top to Bottom to allow the Circle Secretary Sundarakrishnan to proceed without creating obstacles on his way. There is also A Feeling amongst A Section, including me that some Veterans feel The Credit of Each & Every Settlement are due to them Only. Maturity is all that I wish to prevail amongst ALL as We are All Seniors ...Friendly... NK

Good Evening Comrades, An Amount of Rupees     2,10,000/= (Rupees Two Lakh Ten Thousands  only ) Credited to  Our AIBSNLPWA  CHQ  A/C on 07-05-2024.  The Same informed to our Circle Secretary Com S.Sundara Krishnan.   Only by this Afternoon Our CHQ Treasurer Received our Fund. UNDERTAKING FORM

வணக்கம்.78.2 % IDA உடன் extra increment சேர்த்து சில ஓய்வு ஊதியர்களுக்கு, pension revision 10.6.2013 முதல் வழங்காதது குறித்து, நமது மத்திய சங்கமும், மாநில சங்கமும் நமது வழக்கில் மாண்பு மிகு சென்னை CAT 17.02.2022 நமக்கு சாதாகமாக நீதிமன்ற உத்தரவு பிறப்பித்தபிறகு பலமுறை அன்றைய cca, pcca அவர்களை சந்தித்து  பேசியபிறகும் எந்த பயனு மில்லாமல், DOT நிர்வாகம் சென்னை உயர்நீதி மன்றத்தில் மேல்முறையீடு செய்துள்ளனர். மீண்டும், மீண்டும் அதிகாரிகள் மாற்றப்பட்ட நேரங்களில் எல்லாம், பல் வேறு கட்டங்களில் PCCA/CCA i சந்தித்து  COM DG, COM சுகுமாரன்,மற்றும் CS, RV, Muthialu, ராமராவ் சந்தித்து பேச்சு வார்த்தை நடத்தினோம். ஒரு கட்டத்தில், PCCA மகாராஷ்டிரா ஒப்புக்கொண்ட பின்னரும் எதையும் நிறை வேற்றவில்லை. இறுதியாக நீதி மன்றத்தில் வழக்கு இருப்பதால் extra increment கொடுப்பதை தற்பொழுது பரிசீலிக்க இயலாது என்று Jt. Cca கூறினார். நமது, பல தடவை  முயற்சிக்கு பின்னர் எக்ஸ்ட்ரா increment இல்லாமல் 78.2 சதம் ஓய்வு ஊதிய மாற்றம் கொடுப்பதற்கு  23.02.2024 ஸ்ரீமதி கௌதமி பாலஸ்ரீ  JTCCA PENSION அவர்கள் ஒப்புக்கொண்டார்கள். நமது மத்திய சங்க நிர்வாகிகள், டெல்லி யில் member சர்வீஸ் 12.02.2023 அன்றைய சந்திப்பில்,எக்ஸ்ட்ரா increment சேர்த்து 78.2%revision சாதகமாக வரும் என்பதால் நாம் பொறுத்திருந்தோம். மத்திய சங்க வேண்டுகோள் படி, 07.03.2024 அன்று PCCA  TN உடன் DOT மூலம் ஒரு கூட்டம் ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டிருந்தது. அதில் Comrades. DG, A. சுகுமாரன், CS கலந்து கொண்டனர். Extra increment உடன் 78.2 மாற்றம் கொடுக்கும் படி கேட்டு கொள்ளப்பட்டது. கடிதம் கொடுத்தோம். 24.3.2024 அன்று டெல்லியில் இதுபற்றி விவாதிக்க DOT HQrs இல், DDG EST, JTCCA, CMD BSNL, UNDER SECY , DGM Finance DOT, கலந்து கொண்ட கூட்டம் நடந்தது. அதன் பிறகும் நமது மத்திய சங்க நிர்வாகி, DDG EST அணுகி விசாரித்ததில்,DDG அவர்கள் பரிசீலனையில் இருப்பதாக கூறுகிறார் . எனவே,தமிழ் மாநில செயலாளர்  10.04.2023 அன்று Jt. Cca சந்தித்து பேசியதில், நீதி மன்றத்தில்அப்பீல் இருப்பதால்,DOT HQrs இதில் எந்த Direction கொடுப்பதாக தெரியவில்லை என்பது தெரிய வந்தது. நமது வேண்டு    கொளுக்கி ணங்க, Feb24 அன்று கூறியபடி extra increment இல்லாமல், pension revision 78.2 % அடிப்படையில் செய்து கொடுப்பதாகவம், ஒரு request லெட்டர் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட வர்கள் கொடுக்கவேண்டும் என்றும் கூறினார். OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION தேவை என்று மாநில சங்கம் கேட்டு கொண்டது.இது தற்காலிக முடிவு. அப்பீல் தீர்ப்புக்கு பின்,increment முடிவு செய்யப்படும். இன்று cca அலுவலகம் அவர்களது, website இல் மாதிரி படிவம், பதி வேற்றம் செய்துள்ளனர். அதை கீழஏ கொடுத்து ள்ளோம் மாவட்ட செயலர்கள், பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர்         க ளை நேரடியாக விண்ணைப்பிக்க சொல்லவும். இணைப்பு எதுவும் தேவை இல்லை. பெயர், ppo no விவரம் நமக்கு தேவை. இது ஒரு interim relief. அப்பீல் மீது counter reply நமது வழக்கறிஞர் தயார் செய்து வருகிறார். வழக்கு விசயத்தில் Com. சுகுமாரன் அவர்கள் உறு துணையாக, உள்ளார். மாநில சங்கத்தின் நன்றி யை Jt. Cca அவர்களுக்கும் மற்றும் அனைத்து கணக்கு அதிகாரி களுக்கும் தெரிவித்து கொள்கிறோம். காலம், காலமாக இந்த விவகாரத்தில், DOT HQRS டெல்லி இல், நமக்காக தொடர் முயற்சி எடுத்து வருகின்ற மத்திய சங்கத்திற்கும் நமது நன்றியை தெரிவித்து டுக்கொள்கிறோம். இந்த படிவத்தில் தெரியாத விவரம் இருப்பின், அதை பூர்த்தி செய்ய வேண்டாம்.நம்பிக்கை யுடன்,பொறுமை காத்த உறுப்பினர் களுக்கு நன்றி. நன்றி. CCA TN OFF has released today a UNDERTAKING FORM for 78.2% IDA FIXATION for BCR ONE INCREMENT CASE PENSIONERS. This case was pending for the last 10 years. Our CHQ has filed a case in court. Though we have won the case in the court, CCA TN has gone for an appeal. CCA TN APPEAL is pending in court now.  About 600 BCR ONE INCREMENT pensioners in TN AND CHTD were not given 78.2% FIXATION from 2013. Our CHQ LEADERS discussed this issue with DOT HEADQUARTES several times. But they have not agreed for settlement of this issue. Meanwhile our Circle Secretary Com S. Sundarakrishnan discussed the issue CONTINUOUSLY MANY TIMES with Jt.CCA TN and convinced her to give 78.2% FIXATION without BCR ONE INCREMENT. Now Jt.CCA TN has finally agreed and released the UNDERTAKING FORM for them separately for PENSIONERS AND FAMILY PENSIONERS. This is a temporary agreement subject to the verdict of the court judgement. We congratulate our CHQ and TN Circle Association for this achievement. We sincere thanks and congratulations to Com S. Sundarakrishnan for his CONTINUOUS and SINCERE EFFORTS for solving this issue amicably with Jt. CCA. Please see below for the undertaking forms for pensioners and family pensioners.  

தமிழ்நாடு CCA அலுவலகம் BCR ONE INCREMENT பிரச்னையால் 78.2% FIXATION கொடுக்கப்படாத பென்ஷனர்களுக்கு அதை பெறுவதற்கான ஒரு UNDERTAKING FORM ஐ இன்று வெளியிட்டுள்ளது. இந்த பிரச்னை கடந்த 10 வருடங்களாக இருந்து வருகிறது. இது சம்பந்தமான நமது மத்திய சங்கம் சென்னை கோர்ட்டில் தொடர்ந்த வழக்கில் நாம்  வெற்றி பெற்றாலும் கூட CCA TN அலுவலகம் அப்பீலுக்கு சென்று விட்டனர். தற்போது அந்த வழக்கு கோர்ட்டில் நிலுவையில் உள்ளது. நமது மத்திய சங்கம் இது பற்றி DOT ND அதிகாரிகளிடம் பலமுறை பேச்சு வார்த்தை நடத்தியும் அவர்கள் இதற்கு ஒப்புக் கொள்ளவில்லை. இதினிடையில் இது சம்பந்தமாக நமது மாநில செயலர் தோழர் S. சுந்தர்கிருஷ்ணன் Jt.CCA அவர்களுடன் பலமுறை விடாமல் வலுயுறுத்தி பேசி அவர்களை சம்மதிக்க வைத்துள்ளார். இந்த ஏற்பாட்டின்படி அந்த பென்ஷனர்களுக்கு தற்போது ஒரு இன்க்ரிமென்ட் இல்லாமல் 78.2% FIXATION கொடுக்கு Jt..CCA ஒப்புக் கொண்டுள்ளார். இது ஒரு தற்காலிக ஏற்பாடே. இது கோர்ட் தீர்ப்பின் இறுதி முடிவுக்கு கட்டுப்பட்டது. இதற்காக நமது மத்திய, மாநில சங்கங்களுக்கு நமது வாழ்த்துக்களைத் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறோம். குறிப்பாக இந்த பிரச்னையை Jt.CCA உடன் தொடர்ந்து விவாதித்து அவர்களை இந்த ஏற்பாட்டிற்கு ஒப்புக் கொள்ள பெரு முயற்சி எடுத்த நமது தமிழ்மாநில செயலர் தோழர் S. சுந்தரகிருஷ்ணனுக்கு STR.
