     STR DN MONTHLY MEETING 14-6-22

The Monthly meeting of STR DIVISION was conducted under the chairmanship of Com.A. Sugumaran District president. 125 comrades participated in the meeting. One minute silence on behalf of the demise of our 4 comrades and the demise of dependants  of 2 of our comrades. S.Sundarakrishñan,  Dist.Secretary welcomed all. Com.A.Sugumaran in his presidential address elaborately told about the position of the extra increment case, pension revision case. He also told that after the meeting of our CHQ officers with Hon.MOC at New  Delhi, the file started moving and discussions in progress. our office bearers are pursuing extra increment case with Est.section at DOT. Dist.Secretary in his report told about family welfare news of our comrade and greeted all.14 new members joined after April meeting and the total membership is 1569. He elaborately told about KYP and SAMPANN migration. Members need not get panic or worry. As asked by CCA office, this can be sent by either mail or Post or by hand and put in the box available. SAMPANN Migration plan. Form 16 availability in SAMPANN PORTAL. details about proposed Mela on Pensioners ID Card. CGHS activities etc. Com.A.Sugumaran told about the necessity of paying Rs.50/- per each member for the ALL India Conference and payment Rs 1300 as delegate fee for 30 members and paying Rs 1000 as delegate fee for 60 delegates for circle and expenditure for our DIST.CONFERENCE to be held during JULY. SO, an appeal is given to  donate Minimum amt of Rs 300 per member. Our regular meeting on 2nd Tuesday July will not be held. It will be conducted as Dist.Conference either  28th or 29th JULY. Dist Executive MTG will be held earlier to that.

 Com.Muthialu DY.GS  in his speech told that maximum delegates have to attend Circle as well as ALL INDIA conference. Circle conference is proposed at Salem on 7th and 8th August. Delegates will be arranged accomodation for 2 days from 7th morning. He informed the details of train timings and it's fare. He informed delegates for reserving tickets for their journey. He told delegates  can contact either Sundarakrishnan or Deenadayalan after reaching Salem. Comrades who attained 70/80 years of age during 2020 and 2021 were felicitated by presenting Towel. It was very pleasure. 26 persons gave their name for delegates to CIRCLE CONFERENCE. COM.Deenadayalan gave vote of thanks.
