All the retired staff may give option form whether with or without voucher. Then only AOs will calculate the amount for w/o voucher and submit to ask fund from Newdelhi.

Com N.S. Deenadayalan has gone to CGM TN Circle to enquire about MEDICAL ALLOWANCE OPTION FORM.

AO CGM O TN told that the existing OPTION FORM itself is enough and pensioner who want to get Medical Allowance without Voucher only can give option for it and he told that others who are claiming payment with medical bills need not it give fresh option.

Accounts Officer CGM TN Office told us that they are still on the job since the higher authorities are on official tour and said that they will release the orders soon

VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO OUR MEMBERS:    

We are giving instructions to our members to make your pension savings bank account in bank or post office as EITHER OR SURVIVOR type. account.  despite our repeated reminders pensioners are not following our instructions.  recently when one member died he is having 2 lakhs in his SB Account in his name. when his wife asked for the amount the authorities are asking legal hair certificate. the postal office authorities say that some other person may claim as his wife or legal hair and drag them into dispute. now she is suffering to get legal hair certificate.  if you have EITHER OR SURVIVOR SB A/C  you can withdraw money easily. that is why we are asking our members to have either or survivor pension account in post office or banks.  the rules are there for having such account in post office or bank.  if you have not done it so far pl dont delay it. dont put your spouse in trouble after your life.                 

78.2% PENSION REVISION PROGRESS AT CGM TN OFF

BRIEF REPORT STR DIVISION MONTHLY MEETING  11-4-17:

Com A. Sugumaran presided over the meeting. Com S. Sridharan read the minutes of the last monthly Meeting and got the approval of the members. 

 

Com S. Narasimhan conveyed birthday greetings to the members whose birthdays are coming in this month. He introduced the 7 new members to the GB.  He then conveyed the STR DIVISON MEMBERS’ WELFARE NEWS. Later he explained about 78.2% pension revision work progress in CHTD. He informed. He said that IDA is decreased by 2.4 from 1^st April. He said that BSNL Corporate management committee has approved BSNLMRS Medical Allowance to BSN Retired pensioners on experimental basis. He informed that Pension Adalat meeting is going to be held during second week of July and members should utilize this opportunity to solve their problems.

Com D.S Deenadayalan explained about the Tamilndau CEC Meeting recently held at Virudhunagar. Then as part of continuation of our last month’s Women’s’ Day celebrations,   Nine lady comrades were honoured with shawl.

Com A. Sugumaran during his speech that our association is trying to find a solution to the PENSION ANOMALY (2000-01) by filing a case demanding to give pension based on last pay drawn for those pensioners between 2000-06. He also said that our association is demanding 7^th cpc recommendations on pension revision to bsnl pensioners also. He asked our members to use pension adalat forum to settle their grievances. 

Then Com N. Mohan explained about the Virudhunagar Tamilnadu Circle Executive committee meeting proceedings. Com S. Sridharan conveyed vote of thanks.  91 members attended the meeting. 

78.2% PENSION REVISION PROGRESS AT 

CGM TN CIRCLE:

The marriage Reception of our Member Com L. Krishnamurthy"s daughter Sow: K. Mahalakshmi with Chi: G. Sathishkumar was held on 9-4-2017 evening at Bapalal Bhavan Thirumana mandapam, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai. Large number of our comrades of STR & TN Circle attended the Reception and wished the couple.

MEDICAL ALLOWANCE TO BSNL RETIREES:

Our Tamilnadu Circle Secretary Com K. Muthiyalu conveyed  the following information today:   It is reliably learnt that BSNL Corporate Office Management Committee has approved to give medical Allowance to RETIREES for 6 months on experimental basis.   Orders may be issued very soon. 

TAMILNADU CIRCLE NEWS:

Tamilnadu Circle Secretary Com K. Muthiyalu met jt.CCA on 5-4-17. Com Muthiyalu conveyed the following messages to us after the discussion.   1. Tamilnadu Pension Adalat Meeting will be held during 2nd week of July, 2017.  2. DCRG Gratuity arrears cases work due to increase of ceiling limit from 10 lakhs to 20 lakhs from 1.1.2016 will be started processing from next week. the remaining STR Circle Post 2007 cases (2009, 10, 11 etc) processing work will be starting from today and will be issued within next 10 days.  4. Com Natarajan, GS, Com Vittoban, AI Treasurer and Com K. Muthiyalu are leaving Chennai tomorrow (7-4-17) morning to Jamshedpur to attend Jharkhand Circle Conference on 9-4-17 and will be returning after one week.  

2.4 % REDUCED IN IDA?

Dept. Of Public Enterprises has issued the order. IDA rate from 1.4.2017 is only 117.1%.

It should have been 117.15. Instead of giving 117.2 they ignored .5

துவக்க நிகழ்சியாக தேசிய கொடியினை மாநாட்டு செயலர் தோழர் லத்தீப் அவர்கள் ஏற்ற, சங்கக்கொடியினை தோழர் இராமாராவ் அவர்கள் ஏற்றிவைக்க விண்ணதிரும் கோஷங்களுடன் கூட்டம்  இனிதாக துவங்கியது.

வரவேற்புரையை தமிழ் மாநில செயலர் தோழர் K .முத்தியாலு நிகழ்த்தினார். சங்க செயல்பாடுகளை மிக விரிவாக எடுத்துக்கூறினார். துவக்க உரையில் அகில இந்திய சங்கத்தின் துணைத்தலைவர் மற்றும் அனைத்துலக  ஓய்வூதியர் சங்க ஆசிய செயலாளர் 

தோழர் D .கோபாலகிருஷ்ணன் டில்லியில் அதிகாரிகளிடம் பேசிய விதங்கள் , தாம் எடுத்து வைத்த சட்ட நுணுக்க விஷயங்கள் impossible என்று கூறப்பட்ட பென்ஷன் ரிவிசன்,78.2% IDA , 60:40 கோட்பாட்டினை தகர்த்தது ஆகியவைகளை கோர்வையாக எடுத்துக்கூறினார்.

தமிழ் மாநில தலைவர் தோழர் இராமாராவ் நம் தமிழ் மாநில உறுப்பினர் எண்ணிக்கை அகில இந்திய அளவில் முதல் இடத்தினை பிடித்துள்ளது. இந்தியாவின் மிகப்  பெரிய கிளையான மதுரையை நாம் கொண்டுள்ளோம். இன்னமும் உறுப்பினர் எண்ணிக்கையை அதிகப்படுத்த வேண்டும் என்று வலியுறுத்திக் கூறினார்.

தமிழ் மாநில சங்கத்தின் செயல்பாட்டு அறிக்கையை மாநில செயலர் சமர்ப்பித்தார். ஒவ்வொரு மாவட்டத்திலும் கொண்டாடப்பட்ட ஓய்வூதியர் தினம் மற்றும் மகளிர் தின சிறப்புகளை தேதி வாரியாக எடுத்துக் கூறினார். நடந்து முடிந்த மாவட்ட மாநாடுகள் குறித்தும் எடுத்துரைத்தார்.78.2% நிலுவைத் தொகை அளிப்பதில் உள்ள கால தாமதத்தினை கடுமையாக சாடிய அவர் அதற்காக  தர்ணா நடத்த CCAவிதம் நோட்டிஸ் கொடுக்கப்பட்டது. ஆனால் CCA அவர்கள் நம்முடன் நடத்திய பேச்சு வார்த்தையில் தாமதத்தை களைய ஒய்வு பெற்ற கணக்கு அலுவலர்களை மறு பணியில்  அமர்த்துவதாக வாக்குறுதி அளித்தார். சென்னை தொலைபேசி மாவட்டத்திலிருந்து 6 தோழர்கள் பலன் எதிர்பாரா பணி முடிக்க ஒத்துக்கொண்டார். அதன்படி நம் தோழர்கள் 6 பேர்கள் மிக சிறப்பாக பணியாற்றி PRE 2007 கேஸ்களில் சுமார் 7000 கேஸ்களை செவ்வனே முடித்துள்ளனர். அவர்களை வெகுவாக பாராட்டுவதாக கூறி , சென்னை தொலைபேசி மாவட்ட சங்கத்துடன் கலந்து ஆலோசித்து அவர்களுக்கு பாராட்டு விழா நடத்த யோசித்திருப்பதாக கூறினார். 

ஸ்டேட் வங்கி யிலிருந்து கடந்த நவம்பர் மாதம் முதல் நிலுவைத்தொகை அனுப்பப்படாமல் இருந்ததை வங்கி அதிகாரிகளிடம் எடுத்துக்கூறி மாற்று ஏற்பாடுகள் செய்ய சொல்லி தற்சமயம் வேலைகள் ஜரூராக நடைபெறுவதாக கூறினார். நம் தலையீட்டின் மூலம் PRE2007 கேஸ்கள் எல்லாம் முடிவடைந்து விட்டன. அவை கிடைப்பதில் transit delay தான் ஏதேனும் இருக்கலாம். ஆனால் விரைவில் கிடைத்துவிடும்.POST 2007 வேலைகளும் நடைபெற்று வருகின்றன.

மாநிலத்தில் தீர்வுகாணப்பட்ட 38 பிரச்சினைகளை பட்டியலிட்டார். தீர்க்கப்பட வேண்டிய பிரச்சினைகளை கூறி தாம் அவற்றை தீர்க்க எடுத்துக்கொண்டுள்ள நடவடிகைகளையும் கூறினார். தமிழ் மாநிலத்தில் நம் உறுப்பினர் எண்ணிக்கை சுமார் 7000 .. இதை அடுத்த செயற்குழு கூட்டத்திற்கு முன் சுமார் 10,000 ஆக உயர்த்த வேண்டும் என்று வலியுறுத்தினார்

மதியம் மாவட்ட வாரியாக அந்தந்த மாவட்ட சங்க பிரதிநிதிகள் பேசினர் .இரவு அறுசுவை சிற்றுண்டியுடன் முதல் நாள் நிகழ்ச்சிகள் முடிவுற்றன.

மறுநாள் மாநில சங்க நிர்வாகிகள் பேசினர் .பிறகு அகில இந்திய பொதுசசெயலாளர் தோழர் G நடராஜன் பேசினார்.அமைச்சருக்கு நன்றி கூறினார்.ஏழாவது சம்பள கமிஷன் பரிந்துரைகளை BSNL ஓய்வூதியதாரர்களுக்கும்  நீட்டிக்கச் செய்வோம் என்றார்.உறுப்பினர் எண்ணிக்கை அகில இந்திய அளவில் ஒரு லட்சத்தை எட்ட வேண்டும். தமிழ்நாட்டில் அது 15,000 ஆக உயர வேண்டும். ஒவ்வொரு உறுப்பினரும் ஒரு நண்பரை உறுப்பினராக ஆக்கினாலே போதும் குடும்ப ஓய்வூதியர்களை நிறைய நம் உறுப்பினராக ஆக்க வேண்டும் என்றார் .

STR கோட்டத்தின் சார்பாக தோழர் N.S. தீனதயாளன் கலந்து கொண்டார். STR கிளையின் அமைப்பைப் பற்றியும், செயல்பாடுகளைப்பற்றியும் செயற்குழுவில் விரிவாக எடுத்துரைத்தார். 

அடுத்த செயற்குழு கூட்டத்தினை திருச்சியில் நடத்த வேண்டும் என்ற தன் அவாவினை மாநில செயலர் தெரிவிக்க ,திருச்சி மாவட்ட செயலர் தோழர் செல்வராஜ் அவர்களும் ஏற்றுக்கொண்டார். 

செயற்குழு கூட்ட ஏற்பாடுகளான , மண்டபம் , அரங்க அமைப்பு ,தடங்களில்லா மின் வசதி, சீரான ஒளி ஒலி அமைப்பு, தங்குவதற்கான ஏற்பாடுகள் , அறுசுவை உணவு ,சிறப்புமிகு உபசரிப்பு , இன்முக சேவை ஆகியவைகளை அளித்திட்ட விருதுநகர் சார்ந்த  மாநில, மாவட்ட நிர்வாகிகள், தோழர்கள் தோழிகளை குறிப்பாக தோழர்கள் லத்தீப் ,வைரமணி, சண்முகம்,சண்முகக்கனி ஆகியோர். மேலும் ரூபாய் 10,000 ,5000 நன்கொடை அளித்த நன்கொடையாளர்களை வெகுவாக பாராட்டி அவர்களுக்குகைத்தறிஆடைகள் அணிவிக்கப்பட்டன 

இன்சுவை உணவு அளித்த சமையல் தோழர்கள் அகில இந்திய செயலாளரால் கைத்தறி துண்டு அணிவிக்கப்பட்டது . தமிழ் மாநில செய்திகளை , தகவல்களை ,அறிவிப்புகளை சிறப்பாக இன்டர்நெட்டில் பதிவிடும் வெப் மாஸ்டர் தோழர் N.மோகன் மேடையில் கெளரவிக்கப்பட்டார் 

மதியம் அறுசுவை உணவுடன் தமிழ் மாநில செயற்குழு கூட்டம் இனிதே நிறைவடைந்தது. கூட்டத்தின் நிகழ்வுகளின் நினைவுகள் நீண்ட நாட்களுக்கு அனைவரின் மனதிலும் நிழலாடும் என்பதில் ஐயமில்லை.
