The SLPs was listed today as item no 59, 59.1 and 59.2 in court no 4 at the Supreme Court of india before MR. JUSTICE PAMIDIGHANTAM SRI NARASIMHA and MR. JUSTICE ALOK ARADHE.

Mr. Nidhesh Gupta, Sr Advocate appeared on behalf of the Petitioners instructed by me. The Ld. Senior informed the court that a similar issue is pending before Court 8 which assails a Judgment from the Kerala HC and was listed today.

The Honble bench then issued notice in the matter and tagged our SLPs with the other pending matters from Kerala HC.

Please note, notice has been issued and the matters have been tagged, the next date of hearing will be notified on the Supreme Court website and informed to us.

As regards the matters in Court 8 arising from the Kerala HC, letters of adjournment has been filed in them by both sides and no effective proceedings will take place today.

On the next date, all 5 matters will be taken up and listed together.

Our Dy. GS, Com. Anupam Kaul, along with Com. G. L. Jogi, GS/SNPWA, and other leaders, had an extensive meeting with DGCGHS and senior officials to discuss several important issues concerning CGHS beneficiaries.

The discussions covered access to GLP-1 medicines for chronic diabetics, extension of robotic surgery for cancer treatment, inclusion of pneumococcal vaccination, transparency in the procurement of indented medicines and effective monitoring of empanelled hospitals.

The delegation also raised issues relating to the operationalisation and strengthening of Wellness Centres, uninterrupted supply of life-saving medicines and improved access to specialised treatment.

The meeting was encouraging, with DGCGHS assuring that several issues would be examined and appropriate action considered.

நம்முடைய துணைப் பொதுச் செயலாளர் (Dy. GS) தோழர் அனுபம் கவுல், SNPWA பொதுச் செயலாளர் தோழர் G. L. ஜோகி மற்றும் பிற தலைவர்களுடன் இணைந்து, CGHS பயனாளிகள் தொடர்பான பல முக்கியமான பிரச்சனைகள் குறித்து விவாதிக்க DGCGHS மற்றும் மூத்த அதிகாரிகளுடன் விரிவான சந்திப்பை நடத்தினார்.

நீரிழிவு நோயாளிகளுக்கான GLP-1 மருந்துகள் கிடைப்பது, புற்றுநோய் சிகிச்சைக்கான ரோபோடிக் அறுவை சிகிச்சையை விரிவுபடுத்துவது, நியூமோகாக்கல் தடுப்பூசியைச் சேர்ப்பது, இந்தென்ட் (Indented) செய்யப்படும் மருந்துகள் கொள்முதலில் வெளிப்படைத்தன்மை மற்றும் இணைக்கப்பட்ட மருத்துவமனைகளை திறம்பட கண்காணிப்பது ஆகிய விஷயங்கள் இந்த விவாதத்தில் அடங்கும்.

மேலும், வெல்னஸ் மையங்களின் (Wellness Centres) செயல்பாடுகள் மற்றும் வலுப்படுத்துதல், உயிர் காக்கும் மருந்துகள் தடையின்றி கிடைப்பது மற்றும் சிறப்புச் சிகிச்சைகளுக்கான அணுகலை மேம்படுத்துவது தொடர்பான பிரச்சனைகளையும் இந்த பிரதிநிதிகள் குழு எழுப்பியது.

இச்சந்திப்பு மிகவும் ஊக்கமளிப்பதாக இருந்தது. பல பிரச்சனைகள் பரிசீலிக்கப்பட்டு தகுந்த நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படும் என்று DGCGHS உறுதியளித்துள்ளார்.

 * இது தொடர்பாக, BSNL MRS திட்டத்தின் கீழ் ஓய்வுபெற்ற BSNL ஊழியர்கள் மற்றும் அவர்களின் தகுதியுள்ள குடும்ப உறுப்பினர்களுக்கு தற்போது வழங்கப்பட்டு வரும் மாதம் ரூ. 1,000/- "வவுச்சர் இல்லாத கட்டண" (Without-Voucher payment) வசதியை ரத்து செய்வதற்கு BSNL வாரியம் ஒப்புதல் அளித்துள்ளதை (தீர்மானம் எண். We thank you for your letter dated 27/09/2026, appealing for support for your agitational programmes demanding wage revision w.e.f. 01/01/2017 as per the 3rd PRC formula.

Serving employees’ associations are the masters to decide their demands.

You may be well aware that our consistent demand is pension revision on the basis of the 7th CPC, delinking pension revision from pay revision. In the past, AUAB also demanded such delinking. This is because 100% of the liability for payment of pension and family pension rests with the Government of India, and BSNL has no liability in this regard.

Our SLP is pending before the Hon’ble Supreme Court.

Since you are on the path of struggle for your own demands, as a sister organisation, we extend our support to your agitational programmes and wish you all success in your endeavours.

We call upon our members to hold a solidarity demonstration on 1st October, the anniversary of BSNL and International Day of Older Persons, when you are conducting the Relay Hunger Fast. The demonstration may be held at the same venue where your fast programme is being organised.

Important Update: Supreme Court Case on Validation Act (25-09-2026)

The writ petition filed by the National Coordination Committee of Pensioners Associations and 18 other associations, including AIBSNLPWA, against the Union of India (W.P.(C) No. 1057/2025) was listed before the Hon’ble Supreme Court on 25-09-2026.

As per the latest case status, the matter remains pending after notice (for admission). The next tentative listing date is 03-11-2026

மேற்கண்டவைகளுடன்  இன்னும் சில கோரிக்கைகளோடு  உடன்பாடு கையெழுத்திட்ட நாள். இந்த நாள் என்றும் நெஞ்சில் நிற்கும் நாள்.

 சொசைட்டி பிரச்சனை யில், டெல்லி உயர் மட்ட அளவில், 13.03.2026 அன்று, நமது பொது செயலரிடம், சென்னை சொசைட்டி board க்கும் முழு அதிகாரம் உள்ளது, மத்திய அரசுக்கு, எந்த  நிதி அளவில் எந்த பங்கும் கிடையாது என்று கூறியுள்ளார்.

 அதனை பின்பற்றி,மாநில தலைவர்&மாநில செயலாளர் இருவரும் 10.06.2026 அன்று சொசைட்டியின்  தலைவராக நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ள திருமதி. செல்வி அவர்களை சந்தித்து,நிலைமையை விளக்கினோம்

.RGB MEMBER அனைவரும், BOARD OF டைரக்டர்ஸ் இருவரும் கலந்து முடிவெடுத்து, சொசைட்டி செயலாளர் இணைந்து, தீர்மானங்கள் போட்டு CRCS அலுவலகத்தி டிற்கு, தனி அதிகாரி கோரி கடிதம் எழுதுமாறு பேசினோம்.

சந்திப்பிற்கு பிறகு, அதற்குரிய செயல்பாடுகள், செய்வதற்கு வேண்டிய ஏற்பாடு களை அவர் செய்து வருகிறார் என்பது நமக்கு தெரிய வந்துள்ளது .        மீண்டும். 06.07.2026 அன்று மாநில தலைவர், மாநில செயலாளர் மற்றும் COM. D. விக்டர்ராஜ் ACS மூவரும் SRI. வீரமணி செயலாளர், GTECS சென்னை அவர்களை சந்தித்து,மேலே சொன்ன நமது கருத்துக்களை வலியுறுத்தினோம்.

 நமது உறுப்பினர்களுக்கு தரவேண்டிய நிலுவை தொகையை    liabilily யில் கொண்டு வர வேண்டும். போர்டு மீட்டிங் கூட்டி, தீர்மானம் போட்டு அதை டெல்லிக்கு அனுப்பும்படி கூறினோம். சொத்தை விற்றால் தான் பணம் கிடைக்கும். அதற்காக அதிகாரி ஒருவரை கேட்டு எழுதி பெறுவதற்கு முயற்சிக்கவேண்டும் என்று கூறினோம் .

 அதி விரைவில் இந்த பிரச்சனை யை தீர்க்க வேண்டும் என்று வலியுறுத்தி வந்தோம்.இதை ஏற்கனவே, நமது வாட்சாப் குழுமத்தில் பதிவிட்டுள்ளோம். அதன் பிறகு பலமுறை, சொசைட்டி செயலாளர், தலைவர் போன்றவர்களிடம் பேசிய பிறகு தான் 03.09.2026 அன்று தலைவர், செயலாளர் இணைந்து சொசைட்டி RGB MEMBER ஐவர்,IRUVAR இயக்குனர்(1 டைரக்டர் பிளஸ் 1 PRESIDENG)கூட்டத்தி ற்காண அறிவிப்பை வெளியிட்டு கூட்டம்  நடந்துள்ளது. சொசைட்டியின் தற்போதைய நிதிநிலை, சொசைட்டி கொடுக்க வேண்டிய பல்வேறுவகை பாக்கி , இதை தீர்ப்புதற்கு CRCS நியூடெல்லி க்கு கடிதம் எழுதுவது போன்றவைப்பற்றி, RGB மெம்பெர்களுடன் பேசி, சொசைட்டி நிர்வாகம் முடிவெடுத்துள்ளது

சொசைட்டியின் பணம், சொசைட்டி தான் திரும்பதர வேண்டும். எதையும் இதுவரை கண்டு கொள்ளாத சொசைட்டி நிர்வாகத்துடன், பேசி அதை செயல் பட வைத்துள்ளது நமது சங்கம் தான்.

 நாம், நமது உறுப்பினர் களின் பணம் திரும்ப பெற முயற்சிகள் எடுத்து வருகிறோம். இது, CRCS, டெல்லியில் நமது GS சந்திப்பில் கூறிய பதிலை பின்பற்றி நாம் எடுத்த நடவடிக்கை ஆகும்.

        வேறு அமைப்பினர்கள் போடும் பதிவிக்கு நம்முடைய கருத்துக்களை கூற முடியாது. நமது சங்கத்தின் நிலைபாடு பாதிக்கப்பட்ட தோழர்களுக்கு பணம் பெற்றுவது மட்டுமே.

 STR DN MONTHLY MTG 11-8-26 MINUTES

Our STR Division's August monthly meeting was held as an Association Day Special Meeting on the 5th floor of the Pookadai Telephone Exchange campus, presided over by District President Comrade N. K.

​District Secretary Comrade N. S. Deenadayalan delivered the condolence address first. A one-minute silent tribute was paid to our deceased members, relatives of members, and those who lost their lives in natural disasters such as landslides and floods.

​Following that, the District Secretary mentioned that in the interim period, changes have taken place in the CCA TN office, and Dr. Balasubramaniam has taken charge as the new Joint CCA. Our State Secretary Comrade S. Sundarakrishnan and State Assistant Secretary Comrade Alliraja met and interacted with him on behalf of our AIBSNLPWA State Association. CGCA Delhi has appointed Mr. Joseph as the Welfare Officer for the CCA TN office. We have provided his email address and mobile number. Our members can also express their grievances through Mr. J. Charles, AAO (Mobile No: 8870684295, Email: joseph.charles@gov.in).

​Next, Dr. R. Kumaravel has taken charge as A.D. CGHS. Shanmuga Hospital in Salem has been empanelled. Several hospitals in Chennai have also been empanelled in the past month. Furthermore, a CGHS Panchayat meeting is scheduled to be held on 19-08-2026 at Rajaji Bhavan, Besant Nagar, around 2:30 PM. Some of our members submitted their grievances to the District Secretary, who forwarded them to the State Secretary. The State Secretary will forward them to the AD CGHS.

​Next, State Assistant Secretary Comrade D. Victor Raj offered a few clarifications on behalf of the State Association. At the Vellore State Conference, a committee was formed to oversee society operations effectively. Since that committee was inactive, it was dissolved at the Trichy State Executive Committee meeting. Following that, a committee comprising the State President, State Secretary, State Assistant Secretary, and the District Secretaries of Chennai STR, Chennai Traffic, Cuddalore, and Vellore has been formed. This committee will seek the opinions of all secretaries and cooperate to ensure the effective functioning of the State Association.

​He also pointed out that unnecessary debates are being posted frequently before and after the State Executive Committee meetings. Similarly, the District Secretary posts updates for members' information but deletes certain posts to avoid unnecessary debate on them; such continued unnecessary posts must be avoided. He noted that if unnecessary posts continue, members must understand that the District Association will be forced to take a decision. He further shared that the State Secretary wrote a letter to the Society President and Secretary regarding the refund of society money to our members. The Society management stated that they are writing to the CRCS and are making efforts to resolve the society issue as soon as possible.

​Following him, Treasurer Comrade C. B. Sundarababu expressed his view that to recover the society money at Chennai Telephones, the society should be liquidated, and applications are being collected with members' signatures to be sent to the Chennai Society management. He stated that this should be avoided and expressed confidence that the State Association will retrieve the money.

​Next, our former Treasurer Comrade S. Ramkumar mentioned that the State Association should make efforts to get the money back for members even through liquidation, lodge a complaint with the Economic Offences Court, and speak with AUAB unions. He also noted that the committee currently set up by the State Association will function effectively.

​Next, our President Sukumaran clearly explained that the Tamil Nadu State Association's operations are on the right track. Since the society possesses assets exceeding its loans, liquidation is neither necessary nor required. He further explained that a few days ago, he received information that Chennai Telephones State Association was collecting signatures from members on applications for liquidation to retrieve the money. Following this, he contacted Comrade C. Oli, State Secretary of the Chennai Telephones District, and clarified regarding liquidation that only one-tenth of the money due from the society would be recovered, and it would take many years to recover the total amount. Hence, we need not press for it. President Sukumaran also clearly pointed out the difference between the stance of the Tamil Nadu State AIBSNLPWA and that of the Chennai Telephones State AIBSNLPWA.

​Regarding Association Day, he highlighted that had we not formed an All India Association, we would not have achieved this level of pension revision, and our All India Association has won many achievements for pensioners on various issues. He then explained the adverse judgment received last month on the 1st at the Delhi High Court regarding the pension revision case.

​To address this, he noted that our All India Association has decided to appeal in the Supreme Court after consulting legal experts and a retired Supreme Court judge. He also gave a detailed breakdown of the associated expenses.

​Finally, our All India Vice President Comrade K. Muthiyalu pointed out that we celebrate Association Day every year. He noted that our STR Division was formed in 2007 with 17 members at the NFTE office in Chintadripet, and the District Association is duty-bound to honor Comrades T. E. Vasudevan, Ramanathan, Sankaranarayanan, and S. Narasimhan at this juncture.

​He stated that today the membership of the STR Division stands at 1,848. He expressed happiness and pride in highlighting that it was our STR Division that first decided to form an All India Association on our own. STR Division President Comrade Sukumaran and STR Division Secretary Comrade Muthiyalu took the decision, discussed it with State Secretary Comrade Rama Rao and State President Comrade DG, and at a special meeting held in Chennai on August 20, 2009, Comrade Muthiyalu was unanimously elected as the All India President of AIBSNLPWA and Comrade Raman Kutty as the All India General Secretary.

​He recalled that after the department informed our association leaders that there would be no pension revision for those who retired from BSNL after 01-01-2007, we took initiative, made various efforts, resolved the Pension Anomaly issue up to 31-12-2006, and successfully secured pension revision based on the 2nd PRC for those who retired after 01-01-2007. He further pointed out that receiving a pension under the 6th CPC was less than that under the 2nd PRC; hence, back then, we actively requested and secured pension revision under the 2nd PRC ourselves.

​After 2013, our All India Association made various efforts. Since the pension revision due in 2017 after 2007 did not materialize, we met the Minister, who stated that pension revision would only follow wage revision. As a result, the All India Association decided to approach the court. At that time, he and Comrade Rathna (All India Executive Committee Member, Chennai Telephones) requested to avoid going to court, pointing out that it would cause delays and wastage of money. However, our All India Association decided to go to court. On September 23, Delhi PB CAT gave a favorable judgment for us.

​DOT appealed this. On 01-07-2026, the Delhi High Court set aside the favorable judgment of PB CAT. The High Court judge explicitly noted, "You are receiving pension under IDA. You cannot receive Central Government pension under the 7th CPC." The judgment emphasized this clearly. He noted, "This is the exact point I made years ago. Thus, I am glad that what I stated back then has now been delivered as the High Court's judgment."

​He added that even recently, at the Central Executive Committee meeting held a few days ago, he reiterated his view: "There is no need to approach the Supreme Court. We can achieve pension revision by negotiating with management based on the 3rd PRC." Nevertheless, since the All India Association has decided to appeal in the Supreme Court, he urged everyone at this time to abide by the All India Association's decision and offer full cooperation, concluding his speech.

​District Treasurer Comrade C. B. Sundarababu expressed gratitude to State Association Office Bearer Comrade H. S. Sudha for providing SKC on the occasion of her birthday during today's meeting, and concluded the meeting. A new comrade, Visalakshi, was introduced. The meeting then concluded.

Dr.R.KUMARAVEL.....அவர்கள் A.D CGHS ஆக பொறுப்பு ஏற்று உள்ளார்.  சேலத்தில் Shanmuga Hospital  எம்பேனலிஸ்டில் இணைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. சென்னையிலும் பல மருத்துவமனைகள் கடந்த மாதத்தில் Empanelment ல் இணைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. மேலும் 19-08-2026  அன்று  CGHS PANCHAYAT  ராஜாஜி பவன் பெசன்ட் நகரில் மதியம் 2:30 மணி அளவில் கூட்டம் நடைபெற உள்ளது. நமது உறுப்பினர்கள் சிலர் மாவட்ட செயலருக்கு தங்களின் குறைகளை தெரியப்படுத்தியுள்ளனர்.  அவற்றை  மாநிலசெயலருக்கு அனுப்பிவிட்டார்.

AD  CGHS க்கு நமது மாநிலச் செயலாளர் அவர்கள் அனுப்பி வைப்பார்.

அடுத்ததாக மாநில துணைச் செயலாளர் தோழர் D. விக்டர் ராஜ் அவர்கள் மாநில சங்கத்தின் சார்பாக சில விளக்கங்களை கூறினார் வேலூர் மாநில மாநாட்டில் சொசைட்டி செயல்பாடுகள் சிறப்பாக செயல்பட ஒரு குழு அமைக்கப்பட்டது அந்த குழு செயல்படவில்லை என்பதால் திருச்சி மாநில செயற்குழுவில் விலக்கிக் கொள்ளப்பட்டது அதன் பிறகு மாநிலத்  தலைவர் மாநிலச் செயலாளர் மாநிலத் துணைச் செயலாளர் மற்றும் சென்னை STR, சென்னை Tafic கடலூர்  மற்றும் வேலூர் மாவட்ட செயலாளர்களைக் கொண்ட ஒரு குழு அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது அனைத்து செயலாளர்களின் கருத்துக்களையும் கேட்டு மாநில சங்கம் சிறப்பாக செயல்பட இந்தக் குழு ஒத்துழைப்பு அளிக்கும். மேலும் மாநில செயற்குழுவிற்கு முன்பும் அதற்குப் பின்னரும் தேவையற்ற விவாதங்கள் அவ்வப்பொழுது  பதிவிடப்படுகிறது. அது போலவே மாவட்ட செயலாளர் உறுப்பினர்களின் தகவலுக்காக  பதிவுகளை வெளியிடுகிறார். அதன் மேல் விவாதம் தவிர்ப்பதற்காக சில பதிவுகளை நீக்குகிறார். இத்தகைய தேவையற்ற பதிவுகள் தொடர்வது தவிர்க்கப்பட வேண்டும். தேவையற்ற பதிவுகள் தொடர்ந்தால் மாவட்ட சங்கமும் ஒரு முடிவெடுக்க வேண்டிய சூழலை புரிந்து செயல்பட வேண்டும் என்றும் சுட்டிக்காட்டினார். மேலும் மாநிலச் செயலர் நமது உறுப்பினர்களுக்கு சொசைட்டி பணம் திரும்ப கிடைப்பதற்கு சொசைட்டி தலைவர் மற்றும் செயலாளருக்கு கடிதம் எழுதி இருக்கிறார். சொசைட்டி தலைமையும், CRCS க்கு கடிதம் எழுதுவதாகவும் கூடிய விரைவில் சொசைட்டி பிரச்சனையை தீர்ப்பதற்கு சொசைட்டி நிர்வாகமும் முயற்சிகளை மேற்கொண்டு வருவதாகவும் தெரிவித்தார். அவரை அடுத்து நமது பொருளாளர் தோழர் 

C. B.சுந்தரபாபு அவர்கள்  சென்னை தொலைபேசியில் சொசைட்டி பணத்தை திரும்பப் பெற்றுத் தர சொசைட்டியை கலைக்க (Liqudation) வேண்டும் என்றும் அதற்கான விண்ணப்பங்ளை உறுப்பினர்களிடமிருந்து கையோப்பம் பெற்று சென்னை சொசைட்டி நிர்வாகத்திற்கு அனுப்பப்படுவதாகவும் இது தவிர்க்கப்பட வேண்டும் என்றும்,நமது மாநிலச் சங்கம் பணத்தை பெற்றுத் தரும் என்ற நம்பிக்கை  உள்ளது என்றும்  எடுத்துரைத்தார். அவரைத் தொடர்ந்து நமது முன்னாள் பொருளாளர் தோழர் S.ராம்குமார் அவர்களும் லிக்குடேஷன் செய்தாவது உறுப்பினர்களுக்கு பணத்தை திரும்ப பெற மாநில சங்கம் முயற்சி மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டும் பொருளாதார குற்றவியல் நீதிமன்றத்தில் புகார் தெரிவிக்கலாம் என்றும், AUAB சங்கங்களுடனும் பேசலாம் என்றும் மேலும் இப்பொழுது மாநிலச் சங்கம், அமைத்துள்ள குழு செயலருக்கு உதவிகரமாக செயல்படும்

 என்றும் குறிப்பிட்டார். அடுத்ததாக நமது தலைவர் சுகுமாரன் அவர்கள் தமிழ் மாநில சங்கத்தின் செயல்பாடு சரியான திசைவழியில் சென்று கொண்டிருப்பதாகவும் சொசைட்டியில் கடனுக்கு மேலாக சொத்து உள்ளதால் சொசைட்டியை கலைக்க வேண்டிய ( Liqudation )அவசியம் இல்லை என்றும் தேவையில்லை என்றும் விளக்கமாக எடுத்துரைத்தார். மேலும் சில தினங்களுக்கு முன்பு தனக்கும் சென்னை தொலைபேசி மாநில சங்கம் லிகுடேசன் செய்து உறுப்பினர்களுக்கு பணத்தை திரும்ப பெற்றுத் தரும் வகையில் விண்ணப்பங்ளை உறுப்பினர்களிடமிருந்து கையெழுத்து வாங்கி வருவதாக தனக்கும் தகவல் கிடைத்ததை தொடர்ந்து தாம் சென்னை தொலைபேசி மாவட்டத்தின் மாநில செயலாளர் தோழர் C. ஒளி அவர்களை தொடர்பு கொண்டு லிக்விடேஷன் குறித்து விளக்கம் அளித்து  அது சொசைட்டியிடமிருந்து பெற வேண்டிய பணம் பத்தில் ஒருபங்கு மட்டுமே கிடைக்கும். மொத்த பணம் திரும்ப கிடைக்க பல ஆண்டுகள் ஆகும் ஆகவே அதனை நாம் வலியுருத்த தேவையில்லை, மேலும் தமிழ் மாநில  AIBSNLPWA சங்கத்தின் நிலை பாட்டிற்கும் சென்னைத் தொலைபேசி மாநில AIBSNLPWA சங்கத்தின் நிலைபாட்டிற்கும்  வேருபடுவதாகவும்சுட்டிக்காட்டி இருப்பதையும் தலைவர் சுகுமாரன் அவர்கள் விளக்கமாக எடுத்துக் கூறினார். மேலும் அமைப்பு தினத்தைப் பொருத்து, நாம் அகில இந்திய சங்கம் அமைக்காமல் இருந்திருந்தால் நமக்கு இந்த அளவிற்கு  ஓய்வூதிய மாற்றமே கிடைத்திருக்காது என்றும், பல்வேறு விஷயங்களில் நமது அகில இந்திய சங்கம் ஓய்வுதியர்களுக்கு பல சாதனைகளைப் பெற்றுத் தந்துள்ளது என்றும் சுட்டிக்காட்டினார். அடுத்து சென்ற மாதம் ஒன்றாம் தேதி டெல்லி உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில் ஓய்வூதிய மாற்ற வழக்கில் நமக்கு பாதகமான தீர்ப்பு கிடைத்துள்ளதை பற்றியும் விளக்கி கூறினார்.

மேலும் அதனை எதிர்கொள்ளும் வகையாக நமது அகில இந்திய சங்கம் மேல்முறையீடு செய்வதை குறித்து சட்ட நிபுணர்களுடன் ஆலோசனை பெற்று உச்ச நீதிமன்ற ஓய்வு பெற்ற நீதிபதி அவர்களுடனும் கலந்தாலோசித்து உச்சநீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்காடுவது என நமது அகில இந்திய சங்கம் முடிவு செய்துள்ளது என்பதையும் குறிப்பிட்டார் மேலும் அதற்கு உண்டான செலவு வகைகளையும் விளக்கமாக எடுத்துக் கூறினார் கடைசியாக நமது அகில இந்திய துணைத் தலைவர் தோழர் K.முத்தியாலு அவர்கள் அமைப்புதினம் ஆண்டுதோறும் கொண்டாடுகிறோம். 

நமது STR Division 2007 ஆம் ஆண்டு 17 உறுப்பினருடன் சிந்தாதிரிப்பேட்டையில் NFTE அலுவலகத்தில் துவங்கப்பட்டது.தோழர்கள்

நாராயணன் மற்றும் S.நரசிம்மன் ஆகியோரை இந்த தருணத்தில் மாவட்டசங்கம்  பாராட்ட கடமைப்பட்டுள்ளது என்றும் சுட்டிக் காட்டினார்.

இன்றளவில் STR Division உறுப்பினர் எண்ணிக்கை 1848 என்றும்கூறினார்.மேலும் நமது  STR Division தான் முதன் முதலில் அகில இந்திய சங்கம் ஒன்று நாமே அமைக்க வேண்டும் என்று முடிவெடுத்து, STR Division தலைவர் தோழர் சுகுமாரன் அவர்களும் STR Division செயலாளர் தோழர் முத்தியாலு அவர்களும் முடிவெடுத்துதமழ் மாநில செயலாளர் தோழர் V.ராமா ராவ் மாநிலத் தலைவர் தோழர்  D. கோபால

கிருஷ்ணன் அவர்களுடன் பேசி ஆகஸ்ட் 20 2009 ஆம் ஆண்டில் சென்னையில் நடைபெற்ற சிறப்புக் கூட்டத்தில் AIBSNLPWA துவங்கப்பட்டது. தோழர் முத்தியாலு அவர்கள் AIBSNLPWA வின்அகில இந்திய தலைவராகவும்

தோழர் ராமன் குட்டி அவர்கள் அகில இந்திய பொதுச் செயலராகவும் ஒருமனதாக தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டனர்என்பதைமகிழ்ச்சியுடனும் பெருமையுடனும் சுட்டிக்காட்டினார். 01_01_ 2007 க்கு பிறகு BSNL பணி செய்து ஓய்வு பெற்றவர்களுக்கு ஓய்வூதிய மாற்றம் கிடையாது என்று DOT, நமது சங்கத் தலைவர்களுக்கு தெரிவித்த பிறகு நாம் அதிக அக்கறை கொண்டு பல்வேறு முயற்சிகளை மேற்கொண்டு  31-12- 2006க்கு Pension Anomaly  பிரச்சனையை தீர்த்த பின்னர், 01-01-2007க்கு பிறகு ஓய்வு பெற்றவர்களுக்கு 

2 வது PRC அடிப்படையில்

ஓய்வூதிய மாற்றமும் பெற்று தர முடிந்தது என்பதையும் சுட்டிக்காட்டினார். மேலும் 6 th CPCஅடிப்படையில்  ஓய்வூதியம் பெற்றால் அது   2nd PRC  ஓய்வூதியத்தை விட குறைவு. ஆகவே அன்று நாம் 2nd PRC அடிப்படையில் ஓய்வூதிய மாற்றத்தை நாமே வேண்டி கேட்டு பெற்றுக் கொண்டோம்.2013 க்கு பிறகு நமது அகில இந்திய சங்கம் பல்வேறு முயற்சிகளை மேற்கொண்டது அதாவது 2007 க்கு பிறகு 17 ல் ஓய்வூதிய மாற்றம் வர வேண்டும் அது வரவில்லை என்பதால்  அமைச்சரை பார்த்தோம் அமைச்சர் ஊதிய மாற்றத்திற்கு பிறகு தான் ஓய்வூதிய மாற்றம் என்று சொன்னதன் விளைவாக நீதிமன்றத்தை நாடுவது என்று அகில இந்திய சங்கம் முடிவு மேற்கொண்டது. அப்பொழுதே தானும் மற்றும் தோழியர் ரத்னா சென்னை தொலைபேசி அகில இந்திய செயற்குழு உறுப்பினர் நீதிமன்றம் செல்வதை தவிர்க்க வேண்டும் என்று கேட்டுக் கொண்டனர் காலதாமதம் பணவிரயம் ஆகும் என்பது சுட்டிக்காட்டினர் ஆனாலும் நமது அகில இந்திய சங்கம் நீதிமன்றம் செல்ல முடிவு எடுத்தது. செப்டம்பர் 23 இல் Delhi PB CAT நமக்கு சாதகமான தீர்ப்பை வழங்கியது.

DOT மேல்முறையீடு செய்தது 1 7 2026 உயர் நீதிமன்றம் டெல்லி,

 PB CAT , நமக்கு சாதகமான தீர்ப்பை தள்ளுபடி செய்தது மேலும் உயர்நீதிமன்ற நீதிபதி குறிப்பிட்டது, நீங்கள் IDA வில் ஓய்வூதியம் பெறுபவர்கள். நீங்கள் 7th CPC அடிப்படையில் மத்திய அரசு  ஓய்வூதியம் பெற முடியாது என்று அழுத்தம் திருத்தமாக தீர்ப்பு சுட்டிக்காட்டி உள்ளது. இதையே தான் நான் பல ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்பே தெரிவித்து இருந்தேன் ஆக நான் அன்று கூறியது இன்று உயர் நீதிமன்றம் தீர்ப்பாக வழங்கி உள்ளது என்பதில் நான் மகிழ்ச்சி அடைகிறேன். என்று குறிப்பிட்டார் மேலும் இன்றளவும் சமீபத்தில் சில நாட்களுக்கு முன்னர் நடைபெற்ற மத்திய செயற்குழுவில்  உச்ச நீதிமன்றத்தை நாட வேண்டிய அவசியம் இல்லை 3rd PRC அடிப்படையில் நிர்வாகத்தை அணுகி பேச்சுவார்த்தை மூலம்   ஓய்வூதிய மாற்றம் பெறலாம் என்று என்னுடைய கருத்தை வலியுறுத்தினேன். ஆனாலும் அகில இந்திய சங்கம் உச்ச நீதிமன்றத்தில் மேல்முறையீடு செய்ய முடிவெடுத்துள்ளது நாம் அகில இந்திய சங்கத்தின் முடிவுக்கு கட்டுப்பட்டு நமது ஒத்துழைப்பினை நல்க வேண்டும் என்று இந்த நேரத்தில் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன் என்று கூறி தன்னுடைய உரையை நிறைவு செய்தார்.

தோழர் C. B.சுந்தர் பாபு, மாவட்ட பொருளாளர் அவர்கள்,  தோழியர் H. S. சுதா, மாநிலச் சங்க பொறுப்பாளர் அவர்கள் இன்றைய கூட்டத்திற்கு அவர்களது பிறந்த நாளை முன்னிட்டு எஸ் கே சி வழங்கியதற்காக நமது நன்றியினைத் தெரிவித்துக் கொண்டு கூட்டத்தை நிறைவு செய்தார்.
