 STRDN ZOOM MEETING

We are happy to inform that Sri, V.K. Sanjeevi, CGM, CHENNAI TELEPHONES has kindly consented to attend our ZOOM MEETING on SECOND TUESDAY  - 13-10-20. The Meeting will be from 3 PM TO 5 PM (REPEAT 3 PM to 5 PM) this month. 100 MEMBERS only can be admitted in the zoom meeting. So we request our members to come early 5 minutes before the meeting and wait in the waiting room. the meeting will be split into 3 meetings because maximum time allowed is 40 minutes only.  One will be between 3.00 and 3.40  and the other will be 3.40 to 4.20 PM and the 3rd meeting will be 4.20 to 5.00 .  We will send you user id and password next week. members should cooperate & understand the procedures and act accordingly.

இந்த அக்டோபர் மாதம் நடைபெற உள்ள ZOOM MEETING கிற்கு சென்னை தொலைபேசி பொது மேலாளர் திரு V.K. சஞ்சீவி அவர்கள் கலந்துகொள்வதிற்கு இசைந்துள்ளார் என்பதை மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறோம். இந்த மாதம் மீட்டிங்க் 13-10-20  மாலை 3 மணி முதல் 5 மணி வரை நடைபெறும். 100 உறுப்பினர்கள் மட்டுமே கலந்துகொள்ளமுடியும். ஆகையால் தோழர்கள் 5 நிமிஷங்கள் முன்னதாகவே வந்து waiting room ல் இருக்கலாம் என்பதை தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறோம். இந்த மீட்டிங்க் 3 பகுதிகளாக நடைபெறும். முதல் மீட்டிங்க் 3 மணிமுதல் 3.40 மணி வரையுலும் 2 வது மீட்டிங்க் 3.40 முதல் 4.20 மணி வரையிலும், 3 வது மீட்டிங்க் 4.20 முதல் 5.00 மணி வரையிலும் நடைபெறும். இந்த மூன்று மீட்டிங்கிற்கான user id  and  passcode களை விரைவில் இங்கு தெரிவிக்கிறோம். தோழர்கள் தவறாது கலந்துகொள்ளவேண்டும் என்று வேண்டுகோள் விடுக்கிறோம்.
