STATUS OF OUR PENSION REVISION CASE IN PB CAT DELHI :

As informed by our Advocate Shri Gowtam Narayan, Our matter was taken up today and arguments were addressed by Mr Ghose Learned Senior Advocate. The bench was in agreement with the submissions made and observed as such as much to the respondents. However, since counsel for the DoT was unavailable, owing to some personal difficulty, the matter has been kept as ' part heard ' on 17 May 2023.

 Dear Comrade, Good afternoon . Today Circle Secretary had been to CCA office at Ethiraj Salai  to hand over the National Adalat Grievance points. Discussion with Joint CCA PENSION.  Jt.Cca told that for this Adalat strict guidelines have been given by CCA  to consider the grievances directly given by pensioners as the time gap is only one day. We told that as per notification, Authorisation can be  exercised by pensioner to Association. As such all the grievances are authorised by individual that CS can represent in Adalat.                            We also told that if this situation continues we have to resort to TU agitation and Requested her to inform CCA.             

2. Informed that most of the cases were not solved in 3rd March Adalat as reply not received from BSNL whereas reply already sent by BSNL. example quoted.  Agreed to consider.                          

3. A lot of FP Cases which are clear and straight, (SAMPANN Cases) are kept pending for more than 3months. Reply is that they were engaged in migration. Requested to interfere and solve it earlier. Jt CCA agreed to solve it.                               

4.Recollected the discussions held on 10th FEB with PCCA and the reply received from CCA OFFICE, which were against assurance.        Requested to reconsider the issue on Extra increment and LPD issues. Reiterated to settle the issue before the implementation of Pension Revision.  

Discussion with Jt.CCA PVA:-. 

1. This month Supplementary pension paid twice for more than 800 persons.

2. As the Pension Payment for March 2023 is to be processed now, some of the Pension payment for Feb to the  LC rejected pensioners as per the  latest orders of DOT could not be processed. Regular Pension for March will be paid to them on 1st April where as arrears of pension only as Supplementary payment. 

3.Decentralised rights on correction of Mobile no, Aadhar etc on SAMPANN by CCA office itself obtained from core group by JOINT CCA PVA. 

2.Grievances raised by the migrated Pensioners on mobile no, Correction, updation of Aadhar are cleared for more than  150 cases and all will be completed in two days. Individual has to check up.           

3.In future any such grievances exists, those may be brought to the notice of pension section by mail or post to dyccapension. Mail id .dyccapension.ccatn@nic.in.                                 

4.Informed him about non drawl of Pension/FP to Smt.Maruthambal even though PPO issued during Nov 2022. He agreed to settle it.              

5.Requested to migrate the Pension account of FP, Smt.Sagayarani PY as the FP is pending for several years.      

6.Almost 250  Bank Accounts of other state got migrated and rest will be completed by the Fortnight of April 2023.   

7.Requested to migrate the left out the bank in Tamilnadu also.     

General. Discussed with PRM, CDA Mapping Letter. All request received upto Feb are already   despatched. We informed  about Pending Erode cases and to give importance for Coimbatore requests.Thanking you . S.Sundarakrishnan CS

 

Dear Comrades, 

In Many of the SSAs, Family Pension claims are submitted to BSNL SSA offices after the demise of the Pensioner (non SAMPANN )and forwarded to CCA office. While authorising Pension, it is mentioned in  PPO about FAMILY pension. It might have been submitted to Concerned Branch of the BANK or Post Office. Due to migration of bank accounts into SAMPANN. Some of the cases are not settled neither by bank nor by CCA Office. Following PROCEDURE to be adopted for SAMPANN PENSIONERS for claim of the FP.

1.Written request on plain paper by SPOUSE of Deceased , addressed to Joint CCA with the following enclosures.

2.Death certificate XEROX.

3.In case of joint account or E or S account, No form14 is required. Single account means form14 required which is available in banks.

4.First page of bank pass book mentioning Family pensioners name as account holder.If single account  exists on the name of Pensioner, new account has to be opened.In case of joint account, Pensioners name has to be deleted by Bank, showing DEATH CERTIFICATE.

5.Xerox copy of Aadhar 

6.xerox copy of PAN card.

7.Declaration form specimen attached 

8.In case of migrated Pensioner, One past size photo of Claimant FP. is to enclosed.

9.Mobile number has to be mentioned in the request Letter.

10.All documents has to be self attested.  

11.No role with BSNL if FP is authorised in PPO.

02 50 மணியளவில் மகளிர் தின சிறப்பு கூட்டத்தை தலைவர்  தோழர் N.K.அவர்கள் துவக்கி வைத்தார். சமீபத்தில் மறைந்த நமது உறுப்பினர்கள் மற்றும் உறுப்பினர்களின் உறவினர்களுக்கு அஞ்சலி செலுத்தப்பட்டது. மாவட்ட செயலாளர்  தோழர் N.S.தீனதயாளன் அவர்கள்  வரவேற்புரை நிகழ்த்தினார். மேலும்  சென்ற மாதத்திற்கும் இந்த மாத மகளிர் தின சிறப்பு கூட்டத்திற்கும் இடைப்பட்ட  காலத்தில் நமது உறுப்பினர்கள் எண்ணிக்கை 15 உயர்ந்து மொத்தம்1645 என்று தெரிவித்தார். மதுரையில் நடைபெற்ற அதலத் மற்றும் செயற்குழு பற்றிய செய்திகளை தெரிவித்தார் . அதன் பிறகு  தோழியர் H.S.சுதா மற்றும் T.கிருஷ்ணவேணி ஆகியோர் தலைமை ஏற்கவும் பெண்களின் சிறப்பு பற்றி பேச வருகை  புரிந்துள்ள தோழியர்கள் ரத்னா லதா அனுராதா குணசுந்தரி ரங்கனாதன் மற்றும் மலர்விழி ஆகியோரை  தலைவர் N.K.அவர்கள் வரவேற்று  மகளிர் தின சிறப்பு நிகழ்ச்சியினை நடத்திக் கொடுக்க வேண்டினார்.அது போலவே நிகழ்ச்சியினை ஒருங்கிணைத்து கொடுக்குமாறு நமது கௌரவ தலைவர் தோழர் சுகுமாரன் அவர்களையும் கேட்டுக் கொண்டார்.

நமது மதிப்பிற்கும் மரியாதைக்குமுறிய மறைந்த தலைவர் தோழர் ஜகன் அவர்களின் துணைவியார் திருமதி பரிமளா ஜகன் அவர்கள் முன்னாள் மகளிரணி தலைவர் நமது அழைப்பினை ஏற்று கலந்து கொண்டது மிகவும் சிறப்பாக அமைந்தது.              தோழியர்கள் ஐவருமே மிக சிறப்பாக   தங்களின் கருத்துகளை எடுத்துரைத்து அனைவரின் பாராட்டையும் பெற்றனர்.   தலைமை ஏற்று நடத்திக் கொடுத்த  தோழியர் சுதா மற்றும் கிருஷ்ணவேணி மேலும்   சிறந்த பேச்சாளர்களுக்கும் திருமதி பரிமளா ஜகன் அவர்களுக்கும் தோழர்கள் சுந்தர கிருஷ்ணன் மற்றும் முத்தியாலூ சிறப்பு செய்தனர்.நமது உறுப்பினர் கஜேந்திரன் கவிதையும் அவரது மகள் ஹேமலதா பாடிய பாடலும் அனைவரின் பாராட்டையும் பெற்றது.நிறைவாக மாநில செயலாளர் தோழர் S. சுந்தர கிருஷ்ணன் அவர்கள் நன்றி கூறி கூட்டத்தை நிறைவு செய்தார். இந்த மகளிர் தின சிறப்பு கூட்டத்தில் கலந்து கொண்ட அனைவருக்கும் நமது நன்றி மற்றும் பாராட்டுக்களையும் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறோம் நமது Webmaster  நரசிம்மன் அவர்கள் அவையில் இருந்த அனைவரையும் நிழல் படமெடுத்து வெளியிட்டுள்ளது அனைவரின் பாராட்டையும் பெற்றுள்ளது.நமது தோழர் C. B.சம்பத் குமார் அவர்கள் இனிப்பு போண்டா மற்றும் காஃபி வழக்கம்போல் ஏற்ப்பாடு செய்தமைக்கு அவருக்கும் நமது பாராட்டுக்களை தெரிவித்துக்  கொள்கிறோம்.

Good afternoon. A lot of queries have been received about non receipt of pension for Feb due to late submission of LC. Contacted Joint CCA PVA .            

1.She told Supplementary bill for LC updated cases and arrears of pension for Dec 22 and Jan 23 are kept ready and under sanction. Payment will be made this week.  

2. Requested to solve the migration problems like mobile mismatch, aadhar no, bank account type etc. Whatever grievance received through mail or letter will be given to Pension section for correction. So, any one has needs correction in data due to migration is requested to send a letter to JOINT CCA PVA. sending details. 

3. Now, migration of Pension is taken up for Transfer cases. Those who retired in other circle  and gets pension payment in Tamilnadu Banks as well as pension is authorised by other CCAs and drawn in Banks located in TN. For eg.T&D CIRCLE, QA Circle retirees.  

4.From April 2023 onwards, migration works for postal pensioners will be taken up. We told that postal pensioners have not been asked to submit KYP details, so IFSC CODE  of POST OFFICE is not known to CCA OFFICE. How this will be solved. For which reply was no need of INDIVIDUAL PO IFSC CODE. They have centralised IFSC CODE of CHENNAI PO. From there pension will be pumped to individual PO as is being done now. Based on the data available in individual file, they will migrate.

5. Regarding STR, STP Pensioners of other circle, they say no orders as of now. Most probably concerned CCA of respective circle may migrate them to their fold. This problem is only for 4 CCA units.
