Dear Comrade, Good afternoon . Today Circle Secretary had been to CCA office at Ethiraj Salai to hand over the National Adalat Grievance points. Discussion with Joint CCA PENSION. Jt.Cca told that for this Adalat strict guidelines have been given by CCA to consider the grievances directly given by pensioners as the time gap is only one day. We told that as per notification, Authorisation can be exercised by pensioner to Association. As such all the grievances are authorised by individual that CS can represent in Adalat. We also told that if this situation continues we have to resort to TU agitation and Requested her to inform CCA.
2. Informed that most of the cases were not solved in 3rd March Adalat as reply not received from BSNL whereas reply already sent by BSNL. example quoted. Agreed to consider.
3. A lot of FP Cases which are clear and straight, (SAMPANN Cases) are kept pending for more than 3months. Reply is that they were engaged in migration. Requested to interfere and solve it earlier. Jt CCA agreed to solve it.
4.Recollected the discussions held on 10th FEB with PCCA and the reply received from CCA OFFICE, which were against assurance. Requested to reconsider the issue on Extra increment and LPD issues. Reiterated to settle the issue before the implementation of Pension Revision.
Discussion with Jt.CCA PVA:-.
1. This month Supplementary pension paid twice for more than 800 persons.
2. As the Pension Payment for March 2023 is to be processed now, some of the Pension payment for Feb to the LC rejected pensioners as per the latest orders of DOT could not be processed. Regular Pension for March will be paid to them on 1st April where as arrears of pension only as Supplementary payment.
3.Decentralised rights on correction of Mobile no, Aadhar etc on SAMPANN by CCA office itself obtained from core group by JOINT CCA PVA.
2.Grievances raised by the migrated Pensioners on mobile no, Correction, updation of Aadhar are cleared for more than 150 cases and all will be completed in two days. Individual has to check up.
3.In future any such grievances exists, those may be brought to the notice of pension section by mail or post to dyccapension. Mail id .dyccapension.ccatn@nic.in.
4.Informed him about non drawl of Pension/FP to Smt.Maruthambal even though PPO issued during Nov 2022. He agreed to settle it.
5.Requested to migrate the Pension account of FP, Smt.Sagayarani PY as the FP is pending for several years.
6.Almost 250 Bank Accounts of other state got migrated and rest will be completed by the Fortnight of April 2023.
7.Requested to migrate the left out the bank in Tamilnadu also.
General. Discussed with PRM, CDA Mapping Letter. All request received upto Feb are already despatched. We informed about Pending Erode cases and to give importance for Coimbatore requests.Thanking you . S.Sundarakrishnan CS
