1. VRS retirees staying in quarters:

Comrades,

During normal retirement, 10% of gratuity will be retained by the Dept. till they vacate. But now gratuity payment is not there and will be paid after attaining the age of 60. Hence Dept wants to cut that amount from the ex-gratia to be paid now.

Our Chennai TD association discussed this with CGM and told that officials will pay the licence fees from January and hence they need not cut that amount and he agreed for that. 

Hence those who are in quarters should contact their accounts wing and pay the amount . Then only full exgratia will be paid.

2. Kindly submit MOU Loan closure certificate/statement before 27.06.2020 to avoid excess recovery from Ex-gratia payment.

இந்த particulars மாவட்ட அளவில் திரட்டப்பட்டு மாநில அலுவலகத்திற்கு அனுப்பப்பட்டு அங்கே தகவல்கள் ஒருங்கிணைக்கப்பட்டு  CCA அலுவலகத்திற்கு அனுப்பப்படும்..

இது  விரைவாக  நடந்தால் VRS2019 ல் ஓயவு பெற்றவர்களின் மீதமுள்ள Ex gratia பட்டுவாடா நடைபெறும். 

June மாத இறுதிக்குள் or July மாத முதல் வாரத்தில் (at the earliest) பட்டுவாடா நடைபெறும் என எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகிறது.
