IDA FROM 1.4.2021

All India Consumer Price Index for Industrial Workers- AICPI-IW for February increased by 0.8 points and stood at 119. Therefore IDA due from April,2021 will be170.4% However this will be subsumed in the IDA payable from July,2021

 BSNL FAMILY PENSIONERS ARE ALSO ELIGIBLE FOR CGHS MIGRATION

Regarding migration to CGHS by FP and reimbursement of one time payment, we took up the issue with corporate office. TN circle also sought clarification an year before from the corporate office.

Our AGS com Anupam kaul continuously pursued it.

Atlast corporate office issued the necessary clarification today and the order is given below

 78.2 revision arrears from 1.1.2007, instead of 10.6.2013.

Our Association had filed a case in 2018 before Ernakulam bench of CAT for 78.2 revision arrears from 1.1.2007, instead of 10.6.2013.  Now the case is posted to 6.4.2021.

 DOT CLARIFICATION ON FMA TO BSNL PENSIONERS

Endorsement of FMA order  copy to our Association  clearly  indicates that  this  clarification  was issued  only  after  our  taking up the  case.

We sent the letter to Shri P K Sinhaji, Member F on 2/2/21 and the above order was issued in 10 days time. We thank Member F for his prompt action

CCA TN OFF is going to take over the payment of pension from  VIJAYA BANK AND DENA BANK soon. Hence the following members having pension account in those banks have to give their new account number and banks IFSC to CCA TN OFF.

 

 

Our GS has written a letter on 02-02-2021 to The Member Finance DOT

reiterating to grant  Fixed Medical Allowance to BSNL Pensioners who have migrated to CGHS and residing in CGHS uncovered areas. Accordingly now DOT has issued an order  granting FMA to BSNL Pensioners.
