 Dear Maam / Sir,

1. As you are aware, the contempt petition was listed as Item 1 before Tarun Shreedhar (Technical Member)and Pratima Gupta (Judicial Member).

2. We appeared on your behalf and informed the Court that the judgment passed by it had to be complied within 10 weeks which ended on 4th December.

3. DOT submitted that WP had been filed against the judgment before the HC.

4. We pointed out the order passed by the HC and informed the bench that the High Court had directed the Tribunal to proceed if contempt is filed.

5. After perusing the order, the bench observed that the intent of the HC is clear that it had not granted any relief to the Respondents and infact directed Tribunal to proceed with contempt.

6. The bench issued notice in the petition which was accepted by the Counsel present in Court and directed Respondents to file a compliance affidavit within 4 weeks and adjourned the matter to 3rd July.

இன் று தேதியிடப்பட்ட அவமதிப்பு வழக்கு  3.7.24 தேதிக்கு குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. 24 ம் தேதி பதிவு செய்து 29 ம் தேதி  குறிப்பிடப்பட்டது.இந்தத்தேதியில் வராது என்று அப்போதே தெரியும்.ஆகவே தான் வேறு தேதிக்கு தள்ளி வைக்கப்படும் என்று குறிப்பிட்டேன்.ஆனால் பலரும் இன்று வழக்கில்  முடிவு வந்துவிடும் என்று நம்பினார்கள்.  3.7.2024 தேதியும் DOT வழக்கறிஞர் ஆஜராகாவிட்டால் மீண்டும் வேறு தேதி குறிப்பிடப்படும். இது நீதிமன்றம் செயல் முறை.வழக்கு நிதி வசூலாகும் வேகத்தில் வழக்கு நடக்காது. முடியவும் முடியாது தேவையில்லாமல் சிலர் நீதிமன்றம் பற்றி சில அதீத எதிர்பார்ப்புகளை ஏற்படுத்துகின்றனர்.அவமதிப்பு வழக்கு தொடுத்தால் 4 ஆண்டுகள் ஆகும் என்று ஏற்கனவே நமது பொதுச் செயலாளர் எழுதியிருந்ததை நினைவு படுத்த விரும்புகிறேன். க.முத்தியாலு
