DEAR General Secretary..
Ref : Letter by CHQ President dated 21/5/24.
CAPTION
Pension Related Matter
Cat is out of the Bag
MY VIEW...
I do not want to go into the details/contents...
The CHQ Representative has mentioned as follows :--
DOT IS THE CULPRIT
With My Limited Experience, I think that this is not proper...
If DOT or Any Other Dept has to be held responsible for the delay, there are other WORDS / Phrases to express..(Like unhelpful/obstacle/ etc)
COMMONERS like me may slip while usage of words to pinpoint or criticise...
The CHQ Representative using Word CULPRIT, that too, in writing (on record) is not palpable as the same is sure to attract the attention of the Dept, thereby antagonise the Authorities...
My Main Concern, I think, that All would agree, AT ONE STAGE, may be in near or distant future, All The Pensioners Associations have no other way but to approach the DOT/Other Nodal Departments for the sake of PENSIONERS...
SUCH BEING THE SCENARIO, Those at the helm of affairs should be Careful & should avoid such words while going on record, in the over-all Interests of Pensioners... WITH REGARDS 🙏... NK/CHENNAI.
