DOT ORDER TO CCA TN FOR  CO AUTHORISATION FOR DISABLED  PERSONS IN PPO 

VANAKKAM. Cca Tamiladu issued co authorisation incorporating in PPO.Co-authorisation of Physically disabled dependant child .  Due to the letter issued by Dot HQrs on the above subject, not to insist to get a certificateas"not able to earn income for livdlyhood"from Medical Authorities. Whereas DP  &Pw order such condition was essential..As per revised pension rule, such co authorisation can be issued to those who have single parent. They insisted for Field inspection report from BSNL Authorities. Due to this prevailing conditions , some of the cases are kept pending. Pr. Cca discussed with HQrs. and a decission is taken by cca office to review all such pending cases. If the documents are proper, even without earning certificate, with both parents alive will be sanctioned. 2.FMA  Only 500 applications are pending and those are also being processed at clerical level, 1st level.. There are 5 levels in Pension section.Rest are sent beyond 3rd level. Some are sanctioned in pension sec and being sent to PDA. All will be sent to PDA this month. Requsted AO PDA to include all sanctionsd FMA for early payment.. For kind information.3.Pay correction, in SAMPANN, 21 cases refered to help desk.
