Hon Delhi HC dismissed DoT application with cost of Rs.10,000/-
Our lawyer congratulated us because we are going to get Rs.10,000/- from the department.
DoT, in their application, not only sought for stay of contempt petition but reiterated their earlier arguments.
It's nothing but they filed their petition on merits.
Dismissal of the petition with cost indicates the merit of the case.
Now DoT to pay RS.10,000/- to each applicant.
Atleast now DoT should realise and discuss with the stake -holders to implement the judgement.
