The matter was listed today before J Navin Chawla and J Madhu Jain pursuant to directions of Chief Justice.

The bench refused to keep the matter with itself as the roster has changed.

It therefore directed that the matter be listed before the Regular bench.

தோழர்களே     தோழியர்களே     வணக்கம்.நேற்று மாலை பூக்கடை தொலைபேசி நிலைய வளாகத்தில் 3.30 மணிமுதல் 4.30 மணி வரையில்   தமிழ்மாநில சங்கத்தின் கௌரவ தலைவர் தோழர்V. ராமாராவ் மற்றும் STR Division கௌரவ தலைவர் தோழர். A. சுகுமாரன் ஆகியோரின் கூட்டுத்தலைமையில் சொசைட்டி நிர்வாகத்தை கண்டித்து தமிழ் மாநிலச் சங்கத்தின் முடிவின்படி,  STR Division மற்றும்  Traffic Division Chennai,தோழர் தோழியர்கள்  மற்றும் சில சென்னைதொலைபேசி தோழர்களும் ஆக 70 க்கும் மேற்ப்பட்டோர் ஆர்ப்பாட்டத்தில் பங்கு கொண்டனர்.

V. ராமா ராவ் அவர்கள் மாநில அளவில் தன்னால் முடிந்ததை செய்வதாக கூறினார். தலைவர் 

K. முத்தியாலு அவர்கள்  Registrar of Co operative Societies அவர்களுக்கு அழுத்தம் கொடுத்தால் தான் நமது பிரச்சனைக்கு தீர்வு கிடைக்கும் என்றார்.

 தலைவர் R. வெங்கடாசலம் அவர்கள்  சென்னையிலிருந்து டெல்லிக்கு  சொசைட்டியின் செயல்பாடுகள் குறிப்பு அனுப்பப்பட்டு விட்டதாக, RTI மூலமாக தெரியவந்துள்ளது என்று கூறினார்.

 S. SUNDARAKRISHNAN அவர்கள்   தலைவர் DG அவர்கள் தமிழ்நாடு மற்றும் சென்னை தொலை பேசி மாநில  செயலாளர்கள் டெல்லி சென்று    Registrar of Co operative Societyஅவர்களை சந்திக்க முயற்சி மேற்க்கொண்ட சமயம் அவர் மாற்றப்பட்டுவிட்டார் என்ற தகவலை கூறினார்.சொசைட்டியிலிருந்து பணத்தை மீட்க சிறந்த வழிகளை பயன்படுத்த முயல வேண்டும் என்றார்.கால தாமதமானாலும் நிச்சயம் அனைவருக்கும் பணம் திரும்ப கிடைக்கும் என்றார்.

தோழர்  துரை கணேசன் அவர்கள்தலைவர்கள் வழி நடக்க நாங்கள் தயார் என்று கூறினார்

.கூட்டத்தில் பேசிய அனைவரும் இந்த மாதம் 27 ந்தேதி நடைபெறவுள்ள தமிழ் மாநிலச் சங்கம் மற்றும் சென்னை தொலைபேசி மாநிலம் இணைந்து சென்னையில் நடத்தவுள்ள போராட்டத்தில் சொசைட்டியால்

பாதிக்கப்பட்ட தோழர்களும் மற்றும் நமது உறுப்பினர்கள் அனைவரும்  அதிக அளவில் பங்கு கொள்ள வேண்டும் என்றனர்.

 [14:37, 06/01/2026] N S DEENA DAYALAN: Pension Revision Case 

It was listed before the new bench led by Justice Anil kshetrapal under item 32-34.

When it was called, DoT lawyer was not available. So, pass-over was given.

In the next few minutes when the pass-over item was called, DoT lawyer appeared and told 

"Since the previous bench heard substantive arguments, the matter can be referred to the old bench led by justice Naveen chawla.

The judge agreed to the request and remitted to the old bench and posted the matter to 9/1/2026.

Normally the old bench will sit only on Fridays to hear the old cases.

This is for the information of our members.

STR DN WHATSAPP GRP ADMIN S. Narasimhan will be out of headquarters (GUJARATH) for 5 days from 7-1-26. Com N.S. Deenadayalan will be in charge of STR DN  WHATSAPP GRP AND STR DN WEBSITE DURING THAT PERIOD.

STR DN வாட்ஸப் க்ரூப் அட்மின் எஸ். நரசிம்ஹன் 5 நாட்கள் வெளியூருக்கு (குஜராத்) 7-1-26 முதல் செல்ல இருப்பதால், காம்ரேட் N.S. தீனதயாளன் அந்த நாட்களுக்கு STR DN வாட்ஸப் க்ரூப் அட்மினாகவும், STR DN வெப்சைட்டின் வெப்மாஸ்டராகவும் இருந்து அந்த பொறுப்புகளை கவனித்துக் கொள்வார்.

 Dear comrades

As a matter of routine, Hon Delhi HC has changed the roster from 5/1/2026 and our pension revision case will be heard by a different bench.

Since substantive arguments were heard by the previous bench led by justice Naveen Chawla and it's pending for final disposal.                        In the last hearing it was adjourned due to absence of government lawyer. In fact Hon judge made a comment in the last hearing that he wanted to decide the case on that day itself.

Since it's pending for final disposal, we have requested our lawyer to take required efforts for hearing our case by the previous bench.

Our lawyer has agreed to take up the necessary steps.

Payment of Family Pension to the Spouse

The Association was recently informed that there has been some delay in payment of family pension to the spouse of a deceased pensioner. Enquiries revealed that the name of the spouse and the date of birth indicated in the PPO did not match with those found in the Aadhaar and Pan Cards. Though the name was similar in pronunciation, the spellings differed. The Adhaar and Pan cards had only the year of birth written in them whereas in the PPO, the date of birth was written with the date, month & the year. As both the name of the spouse and the date of birth as found in the PPO did not match exactly with Aadhaar/Pan,  obviously, this resulted in the Pension Disbursing Agency making some inquiries into the matter and requiring the applicant to submit some more documents  including an Affidavit, copies of Aadhaar& PAN Card etc.

  All the Pensioners, may, therefore, ensure that the name and date of birth of their spouse are correctly entered both in the PPO and in all other documents viz. Aadhaar, Pan Card etc. that are required to be submitted along with the application for family pension by the spouse, which would facilitate timely payment of family pension to the spouse and without any hassles.
