IDA INCREASE FROM JANUARY 2021

All India Consumer Price Index for Industrial Workers' ( AICPI IW) for the month of December2020 increased by 0.4 points and pegged at 119.9. If we convert that into 2001=100 series it will come to 345(Conversion Factor=2.88).Therefore IDA due from 1-1-2021 will be 171.5%. This will however be freezed as per DPE  orders dated 19-11-2020.This will be restored prospectively and will be subsumed in the cumulative revised be rate effective from 1-7-2021. No arrears from 1-10-2020 till 30- 6-2021 shall be paid

5.5% loss per month from October to December 2020. Now 5.5+6.1=11.6% loss per month from January to March 2021.

  As you are aware our OA was listed as item 13. We have been granted two weeks time to file our rejoinder to the reply filed by respondent no’s 1-3. The tribunal has also issued notice on our MA seeking impleadment of BSNL as respondent no. 4. Counsel for Bsnl who was present during the hearing accepted notice of the application. The matter has now been adjourned to 8th March 2021.

 BSNLMRS MEDICAL BILL PAYMENTS 

We have already posted regarding receipt of funds for MRS PAYMENT. BSNL CO has allotted fund for payment to hospitals in connection with inpatient treatment. Payment of reimbursement of  medical bills for OUTDOOR treatment with voucher. Fund allotted to each Circle will clear the bills upto 31.03.2019. No fund is allotted for Medical Allowance. Funds received by Circle by 2nd Dec.  1.Ch.TD. Payment is effected. 2.STP. WITHVOUCHER PAYMENT UPTO 31.3.2019  Cleared earlier. So no further payment. 3.STR.  Spoken with CAO today. Funds received is less. However he says payment will be made upto the bills dtd 31.3.2019 and hospitalisation bills. 3.TN CIRCLE. Instructions given to SSAs and CO to pass the bills of  all with voucher and hospitals inpatient bills both vendors and individual through SAP to Circle Office CSC. Payment is likely  to me made within 5 days. As a nutshell payment with vouchers and hospitalisation bills will be cleared upto 31.03.2019. When the request of pending allowance for 2018-19 is put up,  reply given by TNC is that  based on the left out fund if any the same will be considered.

 STR DN PENSIONERS DAY CELEBRATIONS

STR DN used to honour our Members with shawls who completed 70 years age on every year on PENSIONERS DAY in DECEMBER. We honour them in the Meeting stage in our Monthly Meetings in DECEMBER. This year also we want to honour our members born in 1950. 48 Members are there for this year to be honoured. We want to honour them also now but we are not able to do the function due COVID -19 situation.  We will do it in our next monthly meeting in our venue.  We have given below the names of our members who have completed 70 years in the year 2020. Please inform us if any eligible member’s names are not included

நமது STR DN ல் ஒவ்வொரு வருடமும் டிசம்பரில் வரும் பென்ஷனர் தினத்தன்று 70 வயது பூர்த்தியாகி உள்ள நமது உறுப்பினர்களை பாராட்டி கௌரவிப்பது நமது வழக்கம். இந்த வருடம் 70 வயது பூர்த்தியாகி உள்ள 48 உறுப்பினர்களையும் பாராட்டி கௌரவிக்க வேண்டும் என்றுதான் நினைத்திருந்தோம். ஆனால் தற்போது நிலவும் கோவிட் 19 சூழ்நிலை காரணமாக அவ்வாறு தற்போது செய்யமுடியவில்லை. எனவே அடுத்து கிண்டியில் நடைபெறும் நமது மாதாந்திர கூட்டத்தில் அவர்களை பாராட்டி கௌரவிப்போம் என்று தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறோம். 70 வயது பூர்த்தியானவர்களின் பெயர்களை கீழே தெரிவித்துள்ளோம். இதில் எவருடைய பெயர்களாவது விடுபட்டிருந்தால் எங்களுக்குத் தெரியப்படுத்துமாறு கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறோம்.
