As you are aware our OA was listed as item 13. We have been granted two weeks time to file our rejoinder to the reply filed by respondent no’s 1-3. The tribunal has also issued notice on our MA seeking impleadment of BSNL as respondent no. 4. Counsel for Bsnl who was present during the hearing accepted notice of the application. The matter has now been adjourned to 8th March 2021.
