BRIEF REPORT ABOUT OUR STR DN MONTHLY MTG on 13/9/22:

The monthly meeting of our Division was held on 13/9/22 at Flower Bazaar Telephone House in which 110 members participated. After Anjali our District Secretary Com N.S. Deenadayalan in his address welcomed all the members and explained about the agenda of the day's meeting. Com S. Narasimhan introduced the new 10 members who have joined in the last one month and informed that the total strength of our members is 1588 now. He also informed the Family welfare News of our members. The agenda Pension Revision.. Migration to DOT Cell for disbursement of pension was approved and taken up. The President asked the members to present their views or doubts, if any. As the members were in the mood to know of the present status on issues, Our Circle Secretary Sundarakrishnan dwelt upon the issue of migration in detail. He told about bank-wise Migration and the medical bill clearance. Some questions raised by members were clarified by Circle Secretary. Then Our Hon. President Sugumaran spoke on the issue of Pension Revision. He gave the details of various stages of our approach to our demand for pension revision. He mentioned as of now, the exact correspondence between DOT & Pension Dept is not clearly known. However there is no escape for the Dot except to address the issue of revision of pension. He mentioned that 0 percent fitment is not beneficial and we have rejected it. Our CHQ has taken steps to  approach the concerned authorities jointly with other Pensioners' Associations. Then the President put forth to the GB the proposal to interchange two of the Office-Bearers which was accepted. Accordingly Ramkumar/T.N. Circle(O) and G.Vasudevan have become our Treasurer & ADS respectively. In between light refreshment was served.  Thereafter our member & Ex. Circle O/B S.Ramakrishnan spoke on Pension Revision. While appreciating the CHQ for all its efforts, He has referred to the inordinate delay which is the concern of the Pensioners. A brief on CGHS by Narasimhan and Insurance for Senior Citizens by Sugumaran was presented. Then Our Dy G/S Muthiyalu spoke on the issue of payments to Pensioners. He suggested that on CGHS, a detailed circular has to be issued by the Circle Secretary to help the divisions/branches in Tamilnadu. He detailed how we have come to put up our demand of pension revision as per the 7 th CPC and various stages of our approach since 2013. In his speech, He referred to the efforts taken by our Association & Leaders in meeting the Pay Commission Chairman, DOT and other Officers. He has given a resume of our approach/functioning till today. With Vote of Thanks by Treasurer Ramkumar the meeting ended by 1710Hrs.

                                                                          நமது STR Division செப்டம்பர் மாத கூட்டம் 13-09-2022 அன்று மாலை  N.S..C.Bose  சாலை பூக்கடை தொலைபேசி நிலையத்தில் மாவட்டதலைவர் தோழர் N.Kothandaraman  அவர்கள் தலைமையில் நடைபெற்றது. சமீபத்தில் மறைந்த உறுப்பினர் மற்றும் தலைவர்களுக்கு அஞ்சலி செலுத்தப்பட்டது.மாவட்ட செயலாளர் அவர்கள் அனைவரையும் வரவேற்று மெடிகல் பில் பேமெண்ட் பற்றியும், பென்ஷன் ரிவிஷன் செய்தி பற்றியும், சங்க செய்திகளையும் விளக்கிக் கூறினார். தோழர் நரசிம்மன் அவர்கள் உறுப்பினர்கள் குடும்ப நல நிகழ்வுகளை தெரிவித்தார். மற்றும் புதியதாக சேர்ந்துள்ள 10 உறுப்பினர்களை கூட்டத்தில் அறிமுகப்படுத்தினார். இவர்களையும் சேர்த்து நமது உறுப்பினர்களின் எண்ணிக்கை மொத்தம் 1588 என்றும் கூறினார். மாநில செயலாளர் தோழர் சுந்தரகிருஷ்ணன் அவர்கள் CCA, சென்னை ஓய்வூதியத்தை வங்கிகள் மூலம் வழங்கும் முறையை துவங்கி விட்டது. மேலும் தகவல்களை ஓய்வூதியர்களுக்கு (BOB,Canara Bank, Indian Bank,IOB, PNB, மற்றும் SBI) அனுப்பி வருவதாகவும் இதன் பின்னர் வாழ்நாள் சான்றிதழ் நவம்பர் மாதம் CCA TN க்குத்தான சமர்பிக்க வேண்டும், வங்கிகளில் அளிக்கக் கூடாது என்று கூறினார். கௌரவ தலைவர் சுகுமாரன் அவர்கள் ஓய்வூதிய மாற்றம் குறித்து நமது அகில இந்திய சங்கம் மற்ற சங்கங்களுடனும் துறை அமைச்சர் மற்றும் அதிகாரிகளுக்கு மீண்டும் நமது கோரிக்கைகளை வலியுறுத்தி வருவதாகவும் தெரிவித்தார். தோழர் ராமகிருஷ்ணன் அவர்கள் அ.இ.தலைமையை பாராட்டியும் ஓய்வூதிய மாற்றம் காலதாமதத்தை தவிர்க்கவும் வேண்டினார். தலைவர்  N. K.அவர்கள் பொதுக்குழுவின் ஒப்புதலுக்கு தோழர் S.ராம்குமார் அவர்களை பொருளாளராகவும்  தோழர் G.வாசுதேவன் அவர்களை துணை செயலாளராகவும் செயல்பட வேண்டினார். பொதுக்குழுவால் அந்த முடிவு ஏற்றுக் கொள்ளப்டட்டது. அனைவருக்கும் இனிப்பு, கார ம் மற்றும் காஃபி வழங்கப்பட்டது. அ.இ.து.தலைவர் தோழர் K.முத்தியாலு அவர்கள் 2013 முதல் ஓய்வூதிய மாற்றத்திற்கான முயற்சிகளை நமது அகில இந்திய சங்கம் மேற்கொண்டு வந்திருப்பதை விளக்கி பேசினார். மேலும் CGHS  பற்றிய செய்திகளை நமது மாநில செயலாளர் அனைத்து மாவட்டங்களுக்கும் மற்றும் கிளைகளுக்கும் அறிவிக்க வேண்டும் என்று வேண்டினார். இறுதியாக பொருளாளர்  தோழர் S.ராமகுமார் அவர்கள் நன்றி கூறி கூட்டத்தை நிறைவு செய்தார். மாலை 0510மணிக்குக் கூட்டம் நிறைவடைந்தது.110  உறுப்பினர்கள் பங்கேற்றுள்ளார்கள்.
