 Dear comrades,Vanakkam, Today 1500 hours, virtual meeting was conducted by Smt.Gowthami Balashree with Pensioners ASSN. She told in her inagural speech, that CCA Karnataka during her visit suggested to have DLC MELA, issue of ID Card at each and every SSA Hqrs. Requesting to have suggestions from Pensioners Association .Based on the discussions, the following solutions arrived.

1.Our DIST.Association  are already on the job. We told at all SSA HQrs, our People extend cooperation.They asked the names of DS and Mobile no. Agreed to give. 

2.ID cards 5000 nos will be ready after printing as First lot, the same will be despatched.They asked the mode of despatch. It will be sent to BSNL OFFICE. another 5000 will be sent for printing.

3. Informed the delay in CDA Mapping letter issue and issued letters are not reaching the persons. Suggested to take up the matter with CGHS authorities to use SAMPANN PPO instead of Mapping letter.

4.Delay in FMA Payment is conveyed. Updation of data for ID will be over by this week. FMA process will be speeded up. 

5.FMA Payment is shown whereas actual payment is not made. It will be paid as upplementary.

6. Mobile no.data updataion for migration cases has to be completed. A lot of postal pensioners are not having mob.no.Jt CCA told grievances will be cleared in a time bound manner. 

7. NOW, LC due upto September 2023 is already notified. Now onwards message alert will be given 2 months earlier to individual mobile. We requested to send similar message to individual mobile after updatation of LC.

8. We told conversion of Pension as Family was easier in Banks/Pos where as after migration it is very badly delayed for want of file. Quoted some  example. Requested to sanction FP by part file. 

9. Payment of LTA to dependants of deceased pensioner/FP under PENSION Anomaly CASE, pending for a long time. Requested for the intervention of t.CCA.

9.Requested to find out a solution  for EXTRA INCREMENT, LPD CASE. Jt CCA told Principal CCA is attending Chidambaram ADALAT on the A/N of 11th . Pr.CCA already conveyed to Jt .CCA that Office bearers of ASSN can meet her at Chidambaram after the Adalat session is over. As the cases are very less, there will be time for her to have discussion.We told discussion has to be independent.
