MANDATORY LINKING OF CGHS ID WITH ABHA ID KEPT IN ABEYANCE

இன்று  (14-06-2024) மாநில செயலாளர் மற்றும் Com. ஆறுமுகம் ACS, CCA அலுவலகம் சென்று, FP CONVERSION, FP Payment, FMA மற்றும் 78.2 %  IDA  பென்ஷன் REVISION பற்றி விசாரித்தனர்.             

1. FP conversion of many cases, sanction put up to AO ( பென்ஷன்). Requested to clear and send to PDA sec to enable to get FP for the month of June. Family பென்ஷன் to all the sanctioned   cases will be paid for June 2024. 

2. Pending cases of FP CONVERSION-     To speed up, 2  Accountants  are posted to deal the subject.

3. FMA. Sanction 450 CASES sanctioned and sent to PDA. Processed files around 700 are under sanction. Joint CCA has told by all means, no more pending of  FMA by July. For a few FMA cases no supporting documents, which will be conveyed to submit the missing information.

4. Sanction of Co- authorisation in FORM 4  for 29 persons is completed. Requested to sanction re-authorisation of disabled child also. Missing documents like account details, guardian is requested to submit.

5. Regarding Pension revision based on 78.2 % IDA merger w/o extra increment.  Approximately  more than 150 requests received. Out of which, revision calculation worked out for 25 requests and sent to AO PENSION. While verifying the file, more than 100 cases are not having BSNL recommendation. It was a debate whether the request has to be sent to BSNL. We suggested to Jt. CCA not to insist for BSNL sanction as done earlier. Joint CCA agreed to our proposal. DS are requested to send the request letter in the affidavit proforma from all eligible pensioners. This task has to be completed early.
