Today, I contacted Smt. Shivani Maheshwari, Joint Director, DPE, to enquire about the release of the IDA order due from 1st October 2026. She informed me that the matter is under process.

This afternoon, 01-10-2026 asper Our CHQ and TN Circle, directions, 

Protest  Lunch hour Demonstration held in the CGM TN Circle Office Complex, Demanding Restoration of MRS without Voucher payment of ₹ 1000/= per month to the Pensioners 

and to extend Solidarity to AUAB in support of their demand of Pay Revision from 01-01-2017 by Our STR Division Members.

க்ரீம்ஸ் ரோடிலுள்ள CGM TN அலுவலகம் முன் இன்று நடைபெற்ற ஆர்ப்பாட்டத்தின் சில காட்சிகள்

 தமிழ்நாடு CGM அலுவலகத்தில் நடந்த AUAB போராட்டத்திற்கு ஆதரவாகவும் ஓய்வூதியர்களூக்கு வழங்கப்பட்ட FMAவை ரத்து செய்த உத்தரவை  வாபஸ் பெற வலியுறுத்தியும்  அனைத்து ஓய்வூதியர்கள் சங்கங்களின் கோரிக்கையை வலியுறுத்தியும் கோரிக்கை முழக்கம்.

 Dear all,

The SLPs was listed today as item no 59, 59.1 and 59.2 in court no 4 at the Supreme Court of india before MR. JUSTICE PAMIDIGHANTAM SRI NARASIMHA and MR. JUSTICE ALOK ARADHE.

Mr. Nidhesh Gupta, Sr Advocate appeared on behalf of the Petitioners instructed by me. The Ld. Senior informed the court that a similar issue is pending before Court 8 which assails a Judgment from the Kerala HC and was listed today.

The Honble bench then issued notice in the matter and tagged our SLPs with the other pending matters from Kerala HC.

Please note, notice has been issued and the matters have been tagged, the next date of hearing will be notified on the Supreme Court website and informed to us.

As regards the matters in Court 8 arising from the Kerala HC, letters of adjournment has been filed in them by both sides and no effective proceedings will take place today.

On the next date, all 5 matters will be taken up and listed together.
