CWC  ONLINE MEETING ON 5-6-2022. 

Following  decisions have been taken in the  virtual CWC  meeting. 

1.  AIC at VISAKHAPATNAM,  AP.

👉 AIC  shall be held at VISAKHAPATNAM  on 2nd & 3rd  December 2022.

👉 Pre AIC  CWC  will be  on 1st December. 

👉 Accommodation will be made available  from  1st to  4th  December. 

👉 Eligible delegates should be  elected  in the  GB meetings / Conferences  by Districts before  July  31st  so that  Train  reservations can be made  in the  first week of  August. 

👉 Delegate FEE is  fixed at ₹ 1300  each.

👉 AIC  Fund of  ₹ 50  per member should be  sent to  CHQ  Treasurer  before  August  end  by Districts . CSs are  requested to  monitor. 

2.  CONSTITUTION  AMENDMENTS  COMMITTEE. 

👉  Com. P Gangadhara Rao,  General Secretary  will be the  convener.

👉 Those who want to  suggest  any Amendments should send to the  above  members,  preferably  , by  email on or before  31-8-2022.

3. CIRCLE/DISTRICT CONFERENCES .

👉 All the  Circles and Districts  which are  due shall have to  conduct  their  Conferences  well before  AIC. 

4. WATSAPP GROUPS. 

👉 CHQ  wanted  all the  Circles to  open  CEC  groups  so that  the  important Orders and  messages from CHQ can  reach the  members  instantaneously .

👉 Out  23 Circles  only  16 Circles have  started.  In these 16 , only  10 are  active by  forwarding immediately. Remaining  6 are acting as they  wish. They have to  forward  all  messages of  CHQ in their  groups  immediately. 

👉 7 Circles are  yet to  start  their  CEC groups. They have to  start  immediately.

👉 Similarly,  all DSs also  should  repeat  the  information from  CHQ  in their  DEC groups with out any delay. Then only the  purpose will be  served. 

👉 The intention of  CHQ is to  make  ALL  our  members to know the  developments in the ASSOCIATION  at the earliest.

 STR DN GRP ADMIN S. Narasimhan returned headquarters and assumed charges from today

 STR DN GRP ADMIN S. Narasimhan will be out of headquarters (Kashmir) for 9 days from 20-5-22 to 28-5-22. Com N. Mohan will be in charge of our GROUPS and WEBSITE during these days.

 ONE INCREMENT CASE   LATEST NEWS

Today V. Rama Rao Circle president, Sundarakrishnan ACS and myself met PCCA TN and requested him to recommend implementing the CAT orders on extra increment case. He told that he had sent the legal opinion along with judgement which is for going on appeal. Now DOT has to take a decision on that. Since in our own circle it was implemented for more than 6000 pensioners and only about 600 are alone denied, the case should be viewed positively. He replied that even for one person, policy is a policy.

Then we met CCA who told that even though we have sent the legal opinion in favour of appeal, DOT will view it in larger perspective considering the whole country whereas our perspective will be at micro level. They may think that it is localised in TN alone and that too only 600 persons, in a larger perspective they may take decisions to implement the CAT order also. Hence we have to deal the case at DDG Est. level to get it implemented .
