MEETING WITH CCA DOT TAMILNADU AT R K NAGAR OFFICE ON 01-06-2017:
Com.V.Rama Rao C/P TN, com.K.Muthialu C/S TN, com.R.Venkat Asst.C/S TN. com. M.Murthy C/P CHTD, com.M.Govindarajan C/S CHTD met CCA DOT Tamil nadu at his RK Nagar office chamber on 01.06.2017
The following issues in connection with 78.2 settlements were discussed
. 1) 78.2 cases are not completed still pending with DOT cell, we asked for a probable date of settlement.
CCA told that all the balance cases will be completed by 15th June 2017and also told that the left out individual cases will be taken up for processing after 15th June 2017.
2) For files not available, service book not available or both not available cases---we suggested that based on the 68.8 revised PPO copy of the individual pensioner may be taken for 78.2 processing and settled.
CCA accepted our proposal and told that the list of those cases will be given to our association for intimating to the concerned pensioners.
3) Change of residential address, change of bank, change of post office, bank to post office/post office to bank has not been incorporated in records , in spite of several intimation in writing to DOT cell .
CCA told that necessary action will be taken for incorporating in records.
4) We asked that what will be the solution for undelivered returned letters to DOT cell for various reasons.
CCA told that the list will be uploaded in website.
5) Banks/post offices received the revised PPO letter but pensioners are not got their individual copy, by personal request in DOT cell even for the purpose of submitting their option for w/o voucher medical allowance they are not issuing the copy.
CCA told that suitable instruction will be given for issuing the revision order copy.
6) We suggested that all the files should be computerized, so that the above mentioned problems will not arise.
CCA agreed to computerize all the files, and told that not immediately possible for want of staff,will be done step by step.
7) We asked for the date of pension ADALAT
CCA told that the date is not fixed so far, and it will be announced well in advance.
