BSNLMRS: MEDICAL ALLOWANCE: STSR NEW FORM:

Our Asst. Secretary, Com N.S. Deenadayalan visited STSR, Flower Bazaar Office and met AO, STSR and enquired about the progress of BSNLMRS MEDICAL FORM option related works. AO, STSR informed that they want some more additional informations from STSR Pensioners for BSNLMRS medical allowance.  They said that they have now prepared one form for it and want STSR Pensioners to give the informations mentioned in it.  Members are requested to check whether they have given the requisite informations already or not.  If not given they should give it again to AO, STSR, CNI. They can check with AO whether the form already given  by them require anymore details.  They can submit it when they come for our monthly meeting to be held on coming next second Tuesday, 13-6-17. We have given below the new form released by STSR.
