Dear comrades, Good evening. Letter furnishing POINTS  for Adalat discussion, has been handed over to CCA office today. Circle Secretary and DS STR had a Courtesy call with Mrs.GOWTHAMI Joint CCA Pension, who assumed charge recently. She asked about FMA to CGHS Card holders, in non CGHS areas. She told Sri.Dr.Balasubramanian Joint CCA finalised and orders will be issued. We met Dr.Balasubramanian Jt.CCA also. We told Pension credit to SAMPANN Pensioners is made  as NEFT Transfer instead of Pension payment whereas  For SBI ACCOUNT holders credited as Pension. Joint Cca told  it is to be dealt with SBI Adayar nothing to do with CCA office. We insisted Jt CCA to deal with SBI authorities as pension is paid as a cheque by CCA to SBI Adyar. 

                             We requested to make payment on arrears of pension for those whose pension is revised due to NEPP/TBP and pension revised. AO told he will prepare list and get it settled by this month end. Those who have not received pension due to late submission of DLC/LC, Pension will be drawn during this week.Two of our comrades(Smt.Ushadevi and Sri.Hemabiisanam) have recd queries for  their  Co-authorisation of FP request. However, based on our request with CCA Office, directed the / individuals to go and have a personnel request with AO,.   AO pension,CCA office assured they will  reconsider the proposal.  In the meantime, New Jt.Cca assumed charge.To day we were told that Some RTI query has been asked by one gentleman  over the letter issued for Co-authorisation. This was taken as policy issue  and after several years and continuous persuation some decision was taken by CCA OFFICE. No precedence in any other circle. RTI Question may get data collection but not give solution to the issues. I personally feel this may delay in getting orders for pending cases not only to STR Comrades but through out TN Circle. If anyone is having social interest they can voluntarily come forward to get redress their problems to get better solutions.Today, we requested and suggested solutions for resolving two pending cases as the individual should not be put into difficulty because of RTI Query. Authorisation of FP WILL BE issued to dependant siblings/unmarried /divorced daughter's/parents only after ascertaing their income staus. Co authorisation will be issued  only to disabled child  based on Medical ceetificate, which is issued after study. Several other conditions also is there. Previously, minimum income from various other source was minimum pension pay of Rs3500 plus DA. Now, it is revised. So, income certificate needs to be furnished at the time of eligibility.
