DIVISIONAL SECRETARY SPEAKS:
Some of our comrades have doubt and seeking clarrifications that since BSNL CO. has issued orders for IDA revision to its own serving employees, whether CCA can issue instructions to CPPC to implement the same based on the BSNL CO LETTER. DOT ND has to issue orders to all CCAs and then only CCA TN will issue endorsement to CPPC. We expect similar letter Shortly will be issued to all CCAs by DOT ND.
