PENSION ANOMALY CASE IN CAT PRINCIPAL BENCH NEW DELHI.
Our Contempt Petition , CP NO 169/2021 , in Pension Anomaly came up today for hearing in Court No I , item No 21 , before Division Bench of Honourable Chairman CAT PRINCIPAL BENCH . The Government Advocate requested for four weeks time for compliance of the judgement. It was allowed by the court.
The next date for hearing is 20.09.2021.
As reported by Com. R .L Kapoor , Legal Committee member.
This time Government Advocate sought 4 weeks time for compliance of the judgement.
We sincerely hope that orders may be issued within a month.
