PENSION REVISION CASE
It came up today in the PB, CAT, New delhi at 3.30 pm.
BSNL has not filed it's reply. Our lawyer told the court that despite three chances given to them, they failed to reply and the right to reply should be closed and arguments should start.
But BSNL lawyer objected to that.
Finally court directed BSNL to file the reply within a week's time.
The reply to our rejoinder by the respondents was taken on record. Our lawyer objected to that because there was nothing new.
The next date of hearing is 10/9/21
