 Dear comrades ,Good Morning.In order to discuss the notices being received from IT Dept .CPPC Bangalore,Com.A.Sugumaran President suggested to meet the officers in IT Dept Chennai.In 10th Dec 2021,Com A.Sugumaran President ,S.Sundarakrishnan DS went to Greams road Chennai .It was gathered that Madam.  .JERHOMBE AKTHAR......            is the Principal Commissioner of IncomeTAX is to be approached.As Pr. Commissioner has gone to Ayala Bhavan , we decided to meet Sri.Justin Jt Commissioner .He also had pre occupied works outside and just went away. Met Smt.Sheilasankar ITO and explained.She is fully aware of the case and she directed us to go to Aayakar Bhavan Nungambakkam and meet Pr. Commissioner. We went there to meet Pr .Commissioner .We could not meet as she was engaged in a Disciplinary Proceedings.We met Mr.V.Vaidyanathan ITO HQrs  and shown the representation. While explaining the case itself he told a lot of representations have been received.It is due to Software which can't take both values.Whereas individual appeal is a must .He also told that guidelines has to come from CBDT NewDelhi.Then we thought of meeting Joint commisioner Mr.Justin at Greams road .So we went there ,he did not turn back .We have been directed to submit the letter to Pr.Commisioner who will be coming to Greams road.We submitted our letter with All enclosures(  individual names,PAN NO,AY for which notice is being served etc ).
