Supreme Court Update –
3 November 2026
Diary No. 27458/2025, registered as W.P.(C) No. 525/2025, filed by the All India S 30 Pensioners Association against the Union of India, came up for hearing on 3 November 2026 before the Bench comprising Hon'ble Justice Pamidighantam Sri Narasimha and Hon'ble Justice Alok Aradhe. The case remains pending at the stage of Motion Hearing (After Notice – For Admission). The Court has directed that it be listed next on 1 December 2026. The petition is represented by Shri Mudit Gupta, Advocate.
