EXTRA INCREMENT CASE HEARING
Our extra increment case came up for hearing today for interim relief. Coms Ramarao and Sukumaran attended the court and witnessed the proceedings.
Our lawyer argued effectively for interim relief to stay PCCA TN order for reduction and recovery.
PCCA counsel told that they got copy of our petition only yesterday and wanted a month time.
Our lawyer informed the court that PCCA is acting his speaking order and pension granted 10 years ago is getting reduced and hence interim relief is absolutely necessary.
Judge told that she is inclined to grant interim relief but Government will drag on the issue for so many months. Hence I am giving oral order to the Government counsel not to reduce or recover till 19/1/18 and adjourned the case to 19/1/18.
Still our lawyer pleaded for written order.
But judge told that she is declaring in the open court and Government counsel Rajendran would convey to the respondent and implement the decision.
