OUR ANOMALY CASE
Delhi High Court has dismissed the Appeal from Dept. We just now received the following message from our lawyer Sh. Ranvir Singh:
" The judgement was delivered today, the 24th January 2020 rejecting the appeal WP ( C ) No. 10019 of the Union of India.
2. The judgement is running in 20 pages. Second last para states clearly that the administrative instructions are invalid against the Statutory Provisions.
3. In the last para, eight weeks time is given to the respondents to make the payment In Terms of the Government Order of 1999".

That means: The pensioners retired from October 2000 to june 2001 will now get notional fixation in IDA PAYSCALES to calculate their last ten months basic pay average to calculate their 50% of basic pension.
