GOOD NEWS FOR BSNL FAMILY PENSIONERS. THEY ARE ELIGIBLE FOR CGHS FACILITY
All CGM Circle offices are not allowing BSNL FAMILY PENSIONERS for migrating to CGHS FACILITY saying that there is no clear orders from ND. In this matter Com S. Narasimhan, ADS, STR DIVISION submitted a RTI application online to BSNL CORPORATE OFFICE. on 10.12.2020 to clarify the same. He got first RTI reply from BSNL CORPORATE Office on 7.1.2021. But there was also no clear clarification in that letter. So Com Narasimhan submitted a APPEAL against the first BSNL LETTER. Now he has received a clear cut clarification from BSNL on 8-2-2021 informing that THERE IS NO RESTRICTION IN BSNLMRS POLICY FOR OPTING CGHS BY BSNL FAMILY PENSIONERS Please see the BSNL CORPORATE OFFICE RTI REPLY TO Narasimhan BELOW:
