 PENSION ANOMALY CASE NEWS

Dear comrades,

Good evening  All of you aware that DOT New Delhi issued orders on 7.10.2021 to implement Court judgement over Pension ANAMOLY. Details of names were given by our Association to CCA Tamilnadu. Based on the information received, Cca TN completed the Pension revision works to all survivors. Authorisation letters sent in bulk to GM Postal account on 27th, 28th and 29th Oct. More than 300 authorisation letters in bulk sent by hand  to Postal account. For CPPCs, authorisation letters  sent by Speed Post on 30th. Individual copies to pensioners also despatched by Speed Post. Orders to All who gets person in TN PO/BANKs. Rest of that will be despatched by 1st or 2nd Nov. They also sent a letter to GM PA/CPPC to make arrears payment as the earliest. Our comrades will get their order copy. Guidelines to legal heirs where both pensioner/ Family Pensioner not alive, for submission of request will be posted later after ascertaining the requirement from CCA OFFICE. Com Chellappan R CTS TN CNI will get Rs. 5, 09,559/- as pension revision arrears  because of this PENSION REVISION ANOMALY CASE.
