As per cat Chennai verdict upheld by the supreme court the then bsnl chairman had sent a proposal to settle senior drawing less tha juniors as back as Feb 2017 but till date dot secy had not approved it so far. The court judgement and implemented in Tamilnadu Thootukudi ssa details were handed to over Sri Muthiyalu when he visited Coimbatore and copies were also sent to Sr PSR. Kindly pursue the case and oblige.v
