Our advocate has just now informed that DoT has filed WP before Hon Delhi HC yesterday.

It's yet to be numbered.

Our lawyer informed that they will appear on the day of listing and challenge it.

It seems that DoT has filed writ petition against each OA like 1271, 1272 and 1329 separately.

We feel that all of us were cheated by this government.

Right from the Minister everybody told all the associations that "no appeal" and proposal for implementing pb, cat judgement has been sent to nodal departments.

This is nothing but stabbing at the back.

We shall face it and we are confident that the writ petition will be dismissed.

நேற்று மாண்புமிகு டெல்லி உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில் DoT WP தாக்கல் செய்துள்ளதாக நமது வழக்கறிஞர் இப்போது தெரிவித்தார். இது இன்னும் எண் குறித்துப் பட்டியலிடப் படவில்லை.

பட்டியலிடும் நாளில் ஆஜராகி சவால் விடுவோம் என்று நமது வழக்கறிஞர் தெரிவித்தார்.

1271, 1272 மற்றும் 1329 போன்ற ஒவ்வொரு OA க்கும் எதிராக DoT தனித்தனியாக ரிட் மனு தாக்கல் செய்துள்ளதாக தெரிகிறது. இந்த அரசாங்கத்தால் நாம் அனைவரும் ஏமாற்றப்பட்டதாக உணர்கிறோம்.

அமைச்சர் முதல் அனைவரும் அனைத்து சங்கங்களுக்கும் "அப்பீல் இல்லை" என்றும், பிபி, கேட் தீர்ப்பை செயல்படுத்துவதற்கான முன்மொழிவு நோடல் துறைகளுக்கு அனுப்பப்பட்டுள்ளது என்றும் கூறினார்.

இது முதுகில் குத்துவதைத் தவிர வேறில்லை.

நாம் அதை எதிர்கொள்வோம், ரிட் மனு தள்ளுபடி செய்யப்படும் என்று நாங்கள் நம்புகிறோம்.
