MOST IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Dear Comrades,   DOT has instructed ALL CCAs to make pension payment directly to their pensioners bank account from CCA OFFICE and asked to stop the present practice of engaging banks CPPCs in this regard. Accordingly CCA TN has released a KYP FORM (KNOW YOUR PENSIONER) and asked all pensioners  to fill up that form and send to their office immediately. This is mandatory. NOT OPTIONAL.  All pensioners have to give this form to CCA OFFICE. In our last meeting we informed our members about this and given the copy of the KYP FORMS to them.  We are informing this information to other members now through whatsapp.   We have attached the form below.   please take a print out of this form, fill it up and send to our Asst. Secretary Com S. NARASIMHAN's home address mentioned below.  It can not be sent through email or whatsapp because you have to attach xerox copies of your birth certificates, pan card, aadhaar cards.  while sending the form please check whether you have submitted your MEMBERS BIO DATA form to our association. You can check it with Com Narasimhan. If not please see below for the Membership form also. fill it up and send it simultaneously. or you can hand it over in our next monthly meeting.  send it by ordinary post by post office.  and later confirm whether the form is reached.  this is most important information to our members. please read the form carefully if you have any doubt please call us for any clarifications.  we will collect the forms and our secretary will hand over it to CCA OFFICE in one bundle of 100s.     To avoid rush at the last minute we request our members to send it immediately.       address: S.
