MEETING WITH JT.CCA TN 

Dear Comrades,Good evening. Today we had a meeting with Joint CCA PENSION and Joint CCA PVA. Discussed some of the Pending issues for which authorisation to be issued for Family Pension. He assured to issue authorisation after receipt of clarification from BSNL. Regarding the issue w.r.t Commutation restoration date in SAMPANN for VRS 2019 Pensioners, action taken with DOT NewDelhi. This is a software issue and hence to be resolved by HQrs only. Regarding furnishing GPF Balance  details for VRS 2019, Balance sheet as on 31.01.2020 will be sent to respective Circle of BSNL shortly. In this connection, We have already taken up the case with Jt.CCA earlier. Orders regarding FMA Payment to pensioners residing in CGHS non covered area  will be issued during 3rd week of July 2021. Procedures to exercise option will be intimated in the said letter. Form 16 for FY  2020-21 will be available in SAMPANN Portal during July.      Thanking you.  CS

Kind information of VRS 2019OPTEES. Yesterday We met Joint Cca at ETHIRAJ SALAI. During the discussion he stated "based on Associations intervention CCA office spent lakhs of rupees to print eppo for 8700 VRS Pensioners and signed hard copies sent by Speed Post in spite of sending eppo by mail. A lot of Ppos returned to CCA office undelivered stating addressee not available. We tried to contact over phone. Phone either unanswered or number not in use. This was revealed by him while discussion about sanction of FMA for Pensioners residing in  CGHS non covered area.

Above posting is to intimate our comrades that address given in the PPO should be communicable or it should be permanent residence area. His statement mainly concentrate the purpose of hard requirements does not reach. I never mentioned eppos sent to all 8700. Despatched around 6500 only. JT.CCA
