Sundarakrishnan S DGM TN CNI: This is for those executives who got fixation in TBP and vertical promotion, between July 2017 and April 2018

 Dear Comrades, Based on the Audit inspection findings in DOT HQrs, DOT ND issued orders on 05.07.2018 that those executives who got fixation in TBP lateral promotion as well as in Adhoc/regular promotion of the same cadre has to forgo one fixation.This was challenged in Hon CAT Jaipur Court verdict was against the DOT Order. Subsequently DOT ND released order on 07.05.2018 to consider two fixation for retiring employees. It was interpreted that the order was effective only from 05.07.2018 by getting declaration. So, all those who Retd between July 17 and April 2018 could not get the benefit. Our CHQ took up the case with DOT several occasions. During the recent visit during Dec 2022 also they reminded to Director Est and he also agreed.Our thanks to CHQ, Com.DG, com.Gangadharrao,     Com Varaprasad.
