As per the labour Bureau's Press Release, The All India Consumer Price
Index for Industrial workers ( CPI- IW ) with base year 2016 = 100 for November, 2025 increased by 0.5 Point reaching 148.2
Upon conversion to the 2001=100 series this corresponds to 426.82 points.
Accordingly the IDA applicable from 1st January, 2026 ( 2007 Pay Scales ) will be 236.8% which reflects an increase of 3.6%.
