As per the information recd from TN circle office regarding the issue of Form 16 for the FY 20-21 it is uploaded in FTP. All should download the form. In this conn it is ascertained that the Part A (only for VRS 2019) of Form 16 is not tallied with ex Gratia recd. If any discrepancies is  found that may be brought to the notice of CAO(Taxation)TN Circle office within 15 days in respect of TN circle. His mobile no. 9444240050. Comrades of other circle like STR,STP,CH.TD are also requested to check the exgratia amount is correctly mentioned or not.In some cases there is a discrepancy. please check.

Kindly refer to the above posting .The above matter was discussed with CAO TAXATION TN Circle office. The discrepancy  issue in FORM 16 has to be corrected by BSNL CO. The issue was informed to BSNL CO. Comrades who have such a discrepancy are requested to verify the entry in 26AS after 2 weeks time. Individual  members are requested not to contact CAO TAXATION as he is fully aware  of the case and pursuing with BSNL CO. Even after correction in 26As(after 2 weeks) discrepancy persists, individuals may bring to our notice.
