Publishing list of Sampaan pensioners whose life certificates are invalid is a very good service by the Union. By this, these pensioners will submit their LC again and continue to receive their pension. But, this is only a work half-done by the Union, just like crossing a well upto midway. The other half to be done by the Union is to contact CCA Officers to find out WHY these LCs are invalid and revealing them to the pensioners which is MORE important so that such mistakes can be avoided by us all in future.
